1. You have got to be shitting me...  Hopefully this means Lebron goes back there and Calipari goes with him.
2.   I was kind of hoping they would.  If they don't get the players to win, maybe Stevens will miss the college game.  IMO, I think he needs to come back.  I thought he did great last year.  But losing takes a toll on everyone.
3.   If Cleveland gets another 1, I am liable to throw something.  Philly is gonna be dangerous no matter who they match with MCW and Noel (If he amounts to anything).
4. The day Tom Crean found Tom Sheehey.

And now it's time for.....

We are all losers today lol.
6.   Pretty sure that has been around before.  Not exactly the last two coaches, but Knight had something similar.  If you missed class you better be dying or you will wish you were.

(2016) PF De'Ron Davis to IU

It is all about relationships and he built them for the most part.
8. That was to me a shittier day than the Sampson debacle.

Robert Carter Jr

Yeah, he has been leaning out of state for a while.  Hopefully JB2 gives us an in.
10. True, that is why I am saying we were spoiled.  When Knight was here until about the mid-90s or so he would have been here 4 years.  Not just IU, but all of college basketball.  We were just fortunate enough to root for that type of player for 4 years.  Sometimes you take that situation for granted.  I don't blame Cody for going pro.  That is just the modern landscape.  He had to go.
11. Lol, Cody was a no brainer for the recent history.  Prior to Knight leaving he would have been commonplace every year.  We just were spoiled on getting that type of player and him being a 4 year player.
12. Recently?  Cody committing.  My whole office shut down to watch the announcement.  No bs.  They were huddled around my computer.  Something about him that made you just know he would be special.  IU HAD to have him.    History?  I know it is not a moment, but watching RMK navigate a game and a sideline.  That dude played the refs like an instrument.  Everything he did had purpose.  I grew up spoiled thinking that was just the norm.  Little did I know the greatness that man held on the sideline.  I have been a fan of all sports all my life and I have never seen a man outside of Coach K have a presence on the sideline that RMK had.

Who will be our ruler of the this year?

Whew....  I thought he was talking about Peter Jurkin's ruler.  New meaning to tape measure shot right there.

Lol, I feel like I need to drink to get on lately.  Being a mod, I am on a bit too.

I don't know which.
People don't just know about the recruits he is spitting out without knowing their backstory. Trolls will be dealt with. If he wants to be serious we will be too. Don't care if his IP says Plymouth. He is trolling. Better stop. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

NBA Draft: Noah Vonleh

This to me is the most plausible explanation.  It is not crazy for him to feel he is underutilized and tell a friend who was thinking of coming here.  He was.  We all felt it.  I am sure an 18 year old felt it on a magnified level.  He is trying to make millions and wanted the ball more.  Crean felt his best chance at winning was the way it went I suppose.  It is what it is.  No reason to hate on Noah though.  I feel things all of the time.  Doesn't mean every one is right or wrong.
21.
What schools are leading for the best kids in the state of Indiana from the 2015 class?
So you are basing your argument off of who is perceived leading for a week class in state? Fair enough. Considering JB2 is far and away better than any player in that class and will be playing 30mpg, I choose him. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
22. Sometimes it is just fun being a mod.   :thankyou:
23. Yep, by August it will be much better around these parts.
24.   UK - Yes  UL - Who have they taken from IU that was a top kid?  Honestly.   OSU - They built their pipeline long before Crean. UM - Best players in Indiana?  No.  I can name a couple that were equal to who we have, but they weren't thought of as better. MSU - Only player they have/had that we were after was Harris.  Since Zach Randolph (who Bob Knight did not whiff on) that is the only player of significance from this state.    I know you like to re-write history for your agenda, but your schtick is getting really old.  I dislike the direction of things, but I don't have to lie about things to make it worse than what it is.  Important figures in their life?  What in the hell is that?  A pipeline to relationship advice?  APR were perfect.  Oh gee you must mean important figures in their life = successful IU record...  I am glad I caught that correlation.
25. Ok.  I know you were talking to me with this nonsense.  I will tell you what.  I don't care if it is me or anyone else on here, you don't ever question them being an IU fan because you disagree with them.  That just makes you look like a moron that you cannot have a sensical conversation without your crimson shades on.  This argument will piss a lot of people off around here, and we will side with them when you are questioning them being a fan.  Lol, this is a first for me though.  Don't think anyone (since I have become a mod a few years ago at the boards we have frequented) has told me to leave the forum.  I chuckled at that. How is the Blueberry Festival looking this year?  I was always a fan.  We used to do pretty well for baseball all-stars at it.  Always loved the Pony League diamond that was set up like Fenway.
