I would be right there with you.

I must have misread that then. 0 chance he transfers out of the situation he is in though with louisville losing who they did.
-
Old issues and no he is not welcome here. We have been down that road a couple of times and do fine without the added drama.
-
Yogi would have to sit a year now so it will not happen. UL fans need to keep up with the news. Edit: Thanks to DJ for showing me where I was wrong.
-
Yep to say he is holding out for a blue blood would be naive at this point. Hopefully he goes to a program willing to spend on upgrades to level the field for him. I think he would do great at Texas.

He is at $1.75 million base. Not many coaches have a base of $3 million. If he gets close to double at Bama that would be shocking. It would be an overpay IMO for them. I would say good for him on that deal. I could see him getting to $2.5 million. All I have seen is the Tide saying they will break the bank for their next coach. If he makes more than the Izzo's of coaching at Bama then I say good for him.
-
I doubt he breaks 3 no matter where he goes. Not many coaches make beyond 3.
-
I think Alabama would be a great situation for Marshall with minimal pressure.

Email Fred Glass and let him know how you feel

I came to the party late lol. I was dragged into Wrestlemania with my 15 yr old cousin. This thread made me laugh.... I am guessing this should go above Fred. -
We are? How so? Go to any board and nobody is 100% in agreement with how their team is run. I actually believe this fan base is finally beyond the Knight firing and want the same thing. Just how we get there is where people differ. That is no different than any other fan base if you look around.

Absolutely. I personally was pissed when I first heard. I don't care if it was a walk-on who had this happened to them from the top guy on the team. The top guy needs to be gone. Some players on this team at a given time were enjoying their celebrity status a bit much and unfortunately the man at the top had no vision to knock them back a step. Took a life changing moment to wake them up which is sad.

The problem is it is really hard to watch players get better in the D League. Being up here by Fort Wayne (Which his family lives up here so he would know) they really do much development. Hell, we just had players leave the Mad Ants to go to Europe to make money because they knew they weren't getting the call. I consider James at this point a lot like Deshaun Thomas from OSU (who is also from Fort Wayne). Can score like no other, but will not make it in the league. His best chance for the next few years if he truly hates Crean is Europe. I don't see his family allowing that. In the D-League they make very little. He would struggle to get PT because of his defensive ability. Guys who are 2nd rounders or non-draftees are not going to get extra attention like a 1st rounder would get. I know from your post on this stance who your source is. I am sure he did show you something that showed James wanted to go if he can. He is not stupid and has said all along he wanted to be a one and done. If he can't be a one and done he will be back. Like I said earlier, there are two people who fit your criteria and one is in the Final Four. The other is sitting at home likely to never play in college unless he gets his life together. That is who I am banking on for this. I can't see him showing you anything that isn't being read too far into. He wanted to be a one and done. Crean is a hard coach to play for and that has been said a lot by former players. Sheehey couldn't stand Crean. They butted heads, but that kid busted his ass for Crean. Very few players love the way their coaches are on them, because they are demanding. I am going to assume this is something that is just being read into a little much from a skewed vantage point. Yogi will probably tell you the same things James will tell you about Crean. He isn't going anywhere unless it is to the NBA. James will be back unless he gets guaranteed money. In the 2nd round you do not get that.

There are no options to transfer without sitting. Unless he goes to D2.
-
Signed ball from team he was taking home as a gift over Christmas break. It was under his bed. One of our current players was smoking weed in the room with his boys and locked Luke out. One of the current players boys stole the ball. Fischer went to Crean and nothing was done. Decision was made when he went home cause he was already homesick before that happened. That was the final straw.

Lol nips you are dating yourself.
-
Only two players fit that profile. Neither will be in college when he would be eligible again.
-
Actually the AD wanted him to fire his assistants and he wouldn't. That's why he is gone.

Just seen that. Man we fell off at the end of that year. We were hovering 15-20 that whole year. I was shocked to see we were 47th last year defensively but had no offense.
-
Same can be said for offense if I remember correctly.
-
Hey we were top 20 D in 2012...
-
Cubs in 2015!

At one point everyone was but the wheels fell off. He was ultra critical of us when that happened. My thing with this whole situation is consistency. We have none from November to March every year. That is what has to change for me. This team sucked defensively but not the #1 team. They were just inconsistent. He does all of this practicing with no results when it matters the most.

Happy birthday coach

What data would you like beyond what he posted? Typically if you agree or disagree you still don't tell someone to come back with more data. You would be the one to come back with more data to further his point or crush it...

You do realize when UK fans had enough they went from Gillespie to Calipari right? The boosters for them didn't want mediocrity that's why they did what they did. So them looking like morons got them what they wanted...
