This I can mostly agree with. If we are coming off an elite 8, Glass isn't getting canned either.

Do you feel Fred Glass fires Tom Crean if he makes an Elite 8?  That was point blank the statement earlier I disagreed with and still will.  If you feel he (Fred Glass) will fire Crean if he makes an Elite 8 after this year then fair enough.  I would disagree with that.  The other stuff I mostly agree with, but that has nothing to do with what we were talking about when this came up.  It does not matter what I want from this or any coach.  Fred Glass is in charge and he is not firing Tom Crean if we make an Elite 8.  Especially after he has not fired him the last 2 years.  The concept after what has gone on is just nuts and will not happen in Tom Crean's or Fred Glass' world.

Wasn't a question of what people are content. It was a question of whether Crean would be fired after an Elite 8 run which is crazy talk. Glass would have just fired him after this last season.

Ok. So because you feel he should have been fired after 3 bad years he will be fired after an elite 8 run? Dude Glass would probably re-up his contract after that type of season.

Lol so he hits an elite 8 he should be fired? I don't think he will ever win consistently but that will never in a million years happen. If elite 8 is letting us down why wouldn't he have been fired after this season when we lost in the first round? Why not fire a guy after a good run in the tournament?

I think matchup wise they don't scare me as much as say Purdue. That said I think they win the B1G by 2 or 3 games

To win with consistency at both ends of the floor while continually improving. With the talent we have we should be able to mask our interior youth of Holt and Thomas. My expectations for end result will always be the same at IU. We should field a team that can compete for titles by the end of the year.

Man I loved Alford on the court. I also loved Cheaney, Alan Henderson, Brian Evans, AJ Guyton, Tom Coverdale, Vic, and Cody Zeller.
