Interesting thought.. I am assuming you mean the coaches current team (Like where the player will be transfering to) and not the players current team... Players current team may have negative things to say out of spite for the guy "abandoning" the team. Coaches current team would be interesting, I would think they would buy in as long as it was a good coach that the players liked/trusted.... no real threat to them as the player can't take minutes immediately... then as far as the chemistry the player gets a year with the team before he starts playing in games to build that chemistry... that is more time than an incoming freshman would get... Just popped into my head as I was typing but a coach probably wouldn't get his current teams thoughts on a recruit (high school senior) he was going after to join the team the next season...

Assuming those 5 BIG wins hopefully isn't a stretch... Maybe I should have said I need both instead of we... I need us to beat both... And go at least 10-8 in conference to feel confident

Just saw Kenpom updated his prediction for IU to go 9-9 in conference play which is a little better but still has us at 18-13 overall which means we lose 2 more non conference.... I really hope not... We need both Butler & Georgetown

Not sure if you are serious but it really could be a good point. I have seen studies about learning habits that basically conclude that the specific environment you learn in is directly correlated to what you learn. If you listen to music while you study then you will test better on that subject if music is on, chew gum while you learn same thing.. Obviously the study didn't include being high but it isn't a far stretch. If they practiced high and improved skills then that would show up in a game that they played high.

Any of you who have Instagram see anything about a bet between former players?   I don't use instagram but my wife told me Van Treese, Hancock, & Marra (UofL players) had something going back and forth with Elston, Hulls, & somebody else that she didn't recognize...   Said it was pretty funny but I have no idea...   *** She is a Cardinal fan so her idea of funny may not be funny to us....

With UL & Duke both in the ACC they wouldn't do a series like this... Plus that would probably mean trouble for the UofL v UK yearly rivalry game and unlike IU v. UK I don't think that game will be going away anytime soon....   I would love to get the IU v UK game back (home & home) and I definitely wouldn't mind getting in some series with UofL or Duke....

I don't mind the rotation expanding to NYC but I absolutely hate the timing of the tournament changing... We are playing with all the mid majors... Big conferences don't play tournaments that week. And that is going to be a long time to be off between games heading into post season

What is your drink of choice during IU games...? I have tried many a different option but it seems we always win when I choose Vodka & 7up.... Gonna have to incorporate that into my game day ritual. .

Challenge is underway... I love this type of thing. Who do you root for? Pull for the Big Ten at all costs? Root against rivals (Purdue / Illinois)? Thoughts?

I will take 9 assists every time. Holt was impressive but in a time where I feel we are playing selfish RoJo is doing his best to ensure that isn't the case.
