We don't win this game without ROJO so he gets my vote, But I would place Stan & Hartman right behind.... Great seeing the confidence back in Stan... that makes all the difference in the world.. Collin does a lot of hustle plays and hit some big shots... but at times he needs to realize his role, and that is not press breakig PG.....

I agree, put him in and see how he does.... some players are under the lights kinda guys.... Maybe he doesn't practice hard because he has never had too, he has always towered above his competition so practice meant nothing.... Put him on the floor and let him tower some more... or if he doesn't maybe something will click that he needs to practice more at this level.... You never know until you try.... I understand the coaching staff has seen and knows more about him than I do.... but they don't know how he fares in game situations any better than i do... because we have all seen the same thing.

No... I love Hartman but this is the game to get Holt the first start... Penn State at home... It isn't going to get any easier to start a freshman right? We need both of them to play big minutes but Holy deserves this start... Something tells me Holt will get his normal minutes. Hartman. Max will increase and take all Hanners minutes

      I wish I meant the year before.... I appologize but apparently I have been living a lie in my head for the past 12 years..... I swear I thought that game when we beat them was in the Final Four and sent us to the Championship game... I did not remember the Kent St or Oklahoma games from that year....   You are correct sir... that team should be considered a big underachiever (using the sweet 16 logic)...

Because they made it to the Final Four.... I don't think any team that plays in the Final Four is going to get a underachieving label... Including UK this year.... It is not a given that any team in any given year will automatically win it all... thats why you play the games.

I like DD as well.... Sometimes I feel like he tries so very hard to not come off as an IU homer that he goes the other way... But I feel like he loves IUBB and definitely knows his stuff.... and not only about BB, he is knowledgable about other topics as well... plus to me his sense of humor is great, (just based on twitter, I don't know him personally or anything)....   It is kind of like Dickie V.... you either love him or you hate him.

Stan contributing nicely today. No more 3s needed from him or Troy but they are both important. When they play up to potential we could be scary good... Let's play a flawless 2nd half please.

Spent too much time this offseason changing his shooting hand.... It was worth a shot but it seems that none of the other Basketball skills were practiced too hard while making that huge change.... I know If it was something I was trying to do it would be the only thing I could work on because that is a big thing to change at this point in career/life.   I agree as well that his confidence has to be completely shattered with all the off court issues (assuming he does care and doesn't want that negative light shining on him)....   I think he will come up big for us a game or 2 and then be stready the rest of the season.

I don't think it was an attention getter. He isn't quite NBA ready yet... but a spot opened up on the bench with Al Jefferson out with an injury, I belive Noah will be back with the MadAnts in a couple weeks when Jefferson returns.

I've been saying the same thing about jbj... He disappears for stretches against tough competition... And he doesn't play a lot of team ball. Thought Troy paired excellent team ball today, jbj I knew was going to force a shot everyone he got the ball today.

Didn't know where to put this... Fischer playing tonight for the first time since transferring... Got me thinking about mid season transfers... Checked it out and there are already 50 announced transfers for this year at semester break (which is basically now)... End of year transfers happen but seems like a huge increase in mid year transfers??? No? Yes?

Who cares, we got so many timeouts built up this year and from the past 7...... LOL ok I am really just joking.... But I was very glad we took the TO vs the TO.... (Timeout vs Turnover)....   Seriously though we do seem to have issues inbounding the ball... I was scared going into the UofL game that we may never once get the ball inbounded cleanly.... That being said it is on both the coaches and the players.... Coaches have to have good sets (I think many times we are good here) and the players have to execute....

Harrell just got on his teammates this week for playing soft... Playing with no fire and letting egos get into this team... said that shit wouldn't have happened with Peyton Siva, Russ Smith, or Gorgi Deng in the locker room.....   I guess this shows some fire but definitely not the right kind.   Some friends and I were discussing all his flexing, and yelling, and rim hanging last night... pure thug attitude on the court but he lost it on this one... I have a feeling after this incident Refs will be watching a little more closely for all that stuff with him in particular.   At least he will be back for UK game... I want everybody to beat UK never root for UK over anybody (Even Butler - Camp)
