I have a good feeling for this one... And for once PLEASE ... PRETTY PLEASE.... lets take the ball inside on the first possession... I haven't went back and re-watched every game but it sure seems like our first possession is a 3 point attempt every single game... its like we are feeling it out for the night to see if they are gonna drop or not.... Huge Buzzkill for the team when it doesn't drop...

Yea there was initially concern (probably just among fans and/or media) about the game being rescheduled or whatever but IU (as with all other Big Ten teams) travel on Friday for Saturday games... supposed to be a big 8-11" snow so.. maybe keep the fans away....

Still early but the predictions of 10 Big Ten teams with as good or better seeds than the top Pac-12 seed.... WOW

Maybe force the hand to play some of the guys we are all itching to see... we may all regret that itch though... To be clear though after I posted this new info came out that there is a chance Al plays on Saturday but I am still thinking he will sit this one but could be a good sign for the "possibly longer" aspect. Then there were tidbits that Damezi is getting closer to being able to contribute so that would be big.

Appears Al Durham is out tomorrow and possibly longer... we can't get fully healthy... I would hope to see a little bit of Damezi but we didn't see him with Rob out so I doubt we see him with Al out... I less shooting option... :(

Insert Jake Forrester! We have seen very little of him, and I know there are issues with the game... but this is something that he seems to be able to bring!

Unfortunately that also includes Turnovers. He has the ball in his hands a lot of the time but he has to value it more. Juwan - Top 3 in every category except 3 pointers attempted and assists. Again this includes turnovers. He also has the ball many times we would be a much better team if he could turn some of those turnovers into assists. He is the heart of the team in my opinion but sometimes he tries to do too much and misses the open man. I know the consensus is we don't have shooters but if just 1 time early in a game he got it low and kicked it out and somebody knocked down a shot I think that would open everything up the rest of the game. On the other side he seems to be knocking down the 3 consistently, when Romeo drives Juwan is the unexpected guy for the defense but if Romeo can find him for the kick out that could be big as well as he is hitting at 41%. Justin Smith - He is our #3. He isn't 1st in any category but he is firmly in 3rd in most of them. Way too low of an assist number for somebody who plays the minutes he plays. He is not great at dribbling but a few dribbles to draw the defense and find the open guy instead of bulling to the basket to turn it over would be awesome! Rob - Even after missing some games he leads us in assists, but Devonte is right even with him. (Rob has still played more minutes than Devonte). Rob has the best Ast/TO ratio on the team. And here are a few things the Stats say that may be surprising to many.... Devonte is 2nd in Ast/TO Ratio wile having the 4th most turnovers on the team. De'Ron Davis is very effective in the limited minutes he gets, 2nd in pts per minute played, 3rd in rebounds per minute. Does Jake need to play more? In very limited minutes he is #1 in Scoring per Minute & #2 in Rebounds per Minute... however also #1 in turnovers per Minute... Surprising to me about Fitzner is he is 6th in 3 point shots attempted... if that is his strength he should be willing to shoot. However I see him as doing nothing else and having extremely bad hands however that isn't exactly the case as he is #2 among those getting minutes in Rebounds per minute.

How does this work? Each week I will create Prediction League threads for the weeks game(s).
