That's fine....but it's still an offensive post and has been hidden. Consider this your warning.
Well here is your warning. I don't like being censored or told what I am allowed to say. So your forum is now deleted from my life. Too many Crean lovers trying to control the debate. Too bad you can't control the future but his days are numbered. He divided our fan base and that is his legacy. My last post.Naturalhoosier, HoosierAlex and 8bucks reacted to this -
ame="HoosierTrav" post="213599" timestamp="1448332538"]And I will keep my avatar until this loser of a coach is gone. As I have said many times before, Crean would be outcoached by most middle school coaches in Indiana. He has no concept of game strategy, half time adjustments, or the use of a time out. That's before you get into his 500 page playbook all the while still running the Harlem Globetrotters offensive weave in year 8. Curly Neal and Meadowlark Lemon just face palm.
This is the same offense we would run on the park courts of Broad Ripple many years ago. Alley ball -
I find this in poor taste, ignorant and horribly offensive.
I don't really care whether you are offended and you are the one who is ignorant. I support IU not a car salesman. Guess what I am a Christian but I don't use it as a gimmick to garner support or prop up my image.HoosierAlex reacted to this -
For the sake of repeating: This thread is being watched. This thread is for commentary on the Wake game, not your opinion of Crean
Wasn't he coaching this game? -
If only the liberals hadn't won the war on Christmas and eliminated candy canes from school!

We got a penalty before the season began. Think about that. We won because of a dropped conversion. This is an embarrassment. It's difficult to watch.Tom White reacted to this -

Lost in all of this is the issue that there were other people in the car that have never been identified. Why?
Was there another freshman in the vehicle? -
You may be done for awhile cause glass will never fire crean.

Barring a major infraction you are probably correct. Look objectively at the money making sports. Football predicted to compete for last again and we can't attract the top instate hoops players. Basketball becoming an embarrassment on the national stage. Would Glass last at most Div I programs with that resume? Doubtful. Time to turn the page. Pay the money necessary to hire the best and make it back in spades. -
Go to the calendar. Click on calendars on the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to iuhoosiers.com. Click on the "i" with the circle around it. At the bottom, "event alerts" should be on.
It's on so I suppose I will get the default alert. Usually I set my own and I was unaware I could be alerted if I did not. Thanks for your help.

Got it added. Thank you. Not sure if I can set alerts for start timesHovadipo reacted to this -
Because often the police violate constitutional rights ordained by our nation's forefathers in the process of doing their jobs, and the ones who do that often violate those rights on a daily basis. Those constitutional rights are usually much more important to defend than a statute that says a kid cannot sit within so-and-so many feet of an unopened bottle of alcohol without being taken to jail and then publicly humiliated in his new home town during Welcome Week, when he should be celebrating the beginning of the best years of his life.
One crime is worse than the other.
Can you tell me which crime you believe is the greater offense?
Hilarious. These boys were busted in the act, they were ignorant enough to be popped in a public place, and one is a repeat offender. But to you they are the victims. Now why would you think that? I say boot both now and the coach in March. Time to end this nonsense.Tom White reacted to this -
I'd need to know more about the zero tolerance policy. I remember it being mentioned last fall after the Davis incident and Williams/Robinson suspensions. But, was that an indefinite zero tolerance policy? Was it just in effect until the end of last season? I can't imagine there is an indefinite zero tolerance policy? If there was, then you need to kick Bryant out of school too, which would be an extreme overreaction.
Zero tolerance got Bobby Knight the doorClass of '66 Old Fart and Alford Bailey reacted to this -
If they fire Crean over this.....DRINKS ARE ON ME!!
If Glass goes I'll get the next -
And that's just sad. Enough is enough. Both with Glass and with Crean. I don't care if this offense is as minor as minor gets. It's now a pattern, and there's no reason for Tom Crean to be the coach anymore. He doesn't win, he can't control his kids, his roster's a turn style...full of very dumb players, apparently. . Enough is enough.
Glass will not crean Crean unless a major rules violation happens. Glass is the ultimate reason IU has lost control. These players don't fear any consequences from coach or AD. -
Holt should be gone, and Bryant suspended for a couple of games, with the warning "if it happens again, you will be gone."
I doubt if that happens, however.
They both should be tossed. Zero tolerance now -
Yeah you think he was getting the cream of the crop every year right after he started. No he had to build a respectable program with solid kids at first then once he had consistent success he was able to turn Duke into a powerhouse recruiter.
No matter who we get they aren't going to be nabbing 3 or 4 five star kids every year. Whoever we get is going to have to be able to build a program. As much as I don't like Crean I do feel he is trying to build a program the correct way for our team.
Now if we had won a National title either of Zellers years I would be singing a different tune.
So then you agree IU can recruit top 10 and homegrown talent with the right staff in a short period of time? IU can recruit top players and has a major advantage with the instate pipeline. I think we could win titles with just homegrown kids. -
This program can't do that. We aren't Duke or Kentucky. We haven't been to s final four in over a decade and it's been almost 3 decades since we won.
We literally haven't won jack these kids entire lives.
Before coach K Duke was average. It depends on who is teaching and recruiting -
Let me ask you all this; would you rather have unranked Indiana kid who loves IU & can stroke or a bottom end 100 player from dmv who plays for himself and not the name on the front?
Are those my only options? How about the top 2 or 3 Indiana kids and a top 10 from elsewhere. You want another banner then recruit like the Dukes of the world. IU must get top 10-15 talent and keep the best Hoosiers at home. That will do. I'm not sure this staff can do that. -
. That is crap. Any criticism is dealt with as a personal attack. This political correctness is sickening. If your not getting the job done it is a fact not a personal insult. Inside the Hall is a worthless forum with pc moderators who don't understand the first amendment
You are absolutely correct. I don't go there anymore. But I think that was the goal. Run off objective viewpoints and push their propaganda.Alford Bailey reacted to this -
So, where's the problem?
Problem may be they won't can Glass.
