Seems like I've read that he may be used in a number of different capacities RB, Receiver, TE. Its a wonderful problem to have.

If he's doing so well against elite talent, then why is he not rated higher or have an impressive offer list?

I'm tempted to say its because he doesn't really fit into any model of any particular position.
