Are you the guy that is always pining for the backup quarterback on a football team? Jus' wondering.
-
Every guard that plays with Race and Trayce has better numbers. It drags Phin down too.

Other than X currently being better than Bates at: FG % (44.2% to 41.7%) 3pt FG % (36% to 33%) A/TO rate (Almost 2/1 versus 0.6/1) I completely agree. ;)

Favorite All-Time Hoosier Basketball Player
Stuhoo replied to JaybobHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
One of our all-timers just did a fantastic/must listen extensive interview with AJ Guyton. Mike Lewis is as genuine as it gets -- this is so, so, good. Coach Knight to Lewis during his freshman pre-season: (with arm around Lewis): "Hey Mike, do you want to play a lot or do you want to play a little?" Lewis: "I want to play a lot Coach!" Knight: "Then stop shooting the ******* ball." Enjoy: -
How do you like him as a sg on offense and a pg on defense? I like that better. Pair him with X or Galloway and that’s what we get.
-
Kinda agree—we let those meh Penn State shooters get in a rhythm—true true true. But Johnny Davis? He’s just a cut above.
-
Our losses are road to Wisky and road to Penn State. Could be worse—could be home to Wisky and road to Rutgers. ;)
-
And this from the president of the GalLealoway fan club!
-
Phin is better than Leal at driving, ball handling, and getting an end of shot clock shot off. Leal’s best quality is keeping the ball moving—something we desperately need.

College football thread y’all Thanks

Yes! Trade for Johnny Davis! How would that work, cause I’m all in.
-
Davison is a VERY similar player. Would love to have a FIfe or a Davison on my team. winners
-
Without a doubt.
-
Brad’s team wins. Imagine that. I would like to have the player that wins and pisses off the opposition on my team. Adam Woodbury took cheap shots…and didn’t win. Brad. Wins.
-
Confession: Brad Davison is an awesome, winning basketball player that any team should and would want.
-
Don’t start him at the point! He’s a sloth at the point and pretty effective next to X
-
NOOOOOOOOOO (covers ears and screams) I disagree—he’s been much better this year and makes our defense a team strength

“Wisconsin is a royal pain in the @$$ to play against “ —what Purdue is thinking right now—

True Woody. True. When the hell did Phin turn into a Verdell Jones-like board punching bag? #startPhin #startJordanG

6-10 day and playing. A small step in the right direction.

So, which ever message board posts more about apathy is the less apathetic?

I'm only going off of what I see in my limited in-game sample. For me? In order of necessity, I'd prioritize additional minutes for: Jordan Geronimo Tamar Bates That's it. -

This is a great post, especially the first sentence. AKHoosier took a shot at me yesterday because I'm the "grand marshall on the Mike Woodson is a great hire parade." But the reason I'm excited about the staff we've assembled is not, and has not been because of their ability to provide a one-year turnaround. It's because of what I see as an extensive collective staff resume of; building a culture, building a roster, and producing sustained results. It's not just Woodson for me; it's the Woodson, Fife, Matta, Armond Hill, Yas, Kenya combo. So far this staff has brought in exactly one new recruit (Tamar Bates) that is not a one-year stop-gap. Bates is a three level scorer that plays erratically so far, but as a three level scorer with swagger. We have Banks, JHS, Jakai Newton, Gunn and Cupps signed. I remain of the belief that we are bringing in the talent to fit how we want to play, and who we want to do it with. In the mean time? There will be lots of ups and downs as a new style of play and roster is established. If I'm Jalen Hood Schifino and I'm watching yesterday's game, all I can think of would be how much I can help the current situation. -
So what you're saying is that winning cures everything? Completely agree.
