  1. Been awhile since I’ve been active on here, I saw this and came here for more info. Didnt see this posted/discussed anywhere so I thought I’d break the news.

  4. Signed in for the first time in forever just to like this.
  5. seriously. never hated someone as much as TV Teddy. A "cancer" isnt nearly a harsh enough insult for him, he literally ruins every game he refs. Gotta be some conspiracy as to why someone as awful at their job as him is still employed.
  6. dont mean to be pessimistic but that look on his face made my chest sink.. hope for the best
  7. Hah! Hope they were as understanding as my neighbors are!
  8. neighbors came down to see if I was ok, realized I was yelling about a game and started drinking with me. turning these coloradoans into IU fans!
  9. Agree with this completely, other than that last inbound play (which may have still been the players fault bc I have no idea what was supposed to happen there.) I could not believe that our frontcourt allowed a player of Happ's caliber put up that many points. Officiating was bad, but wasn't overwhelmingly bad. The guys on the court are to blame for this one.
  10. Anyone hear what the UW fans were chanting when CTC was being interviewed before halftime? sounded like the first word was Tom.
  11. Hah, I wouldn't consider wearing anything else! I'm probably gonna go to his game against Grandview tomorrow so you guys can expect an update in the next day or two.
  12. Just moved to Fort Collins a few months ago, I'm gonna try to catch a couple of his games up here and down in Denver next week or two. I'll post my notes here for the games I do get to see.

  14. I'd without a doubt take frosh Rojo/JBJ over Abel/AE/anyone that has transferred out of the program recently. Hell, I'd take Priller/April over Hollowell/Jurkin. Of all the players that have been "creaned" recently, can you honestly say we'd be any better with them? Remy was a decent player, AE was too timid to shoot, Hollowell was one of the worst players I've seen wear an IU jersey, and Jurkin doesn't need an explanation. Idk if I'm missing any but really all I would take is Remy over Stan right now - which wouldn't solve our primary roster issue, the post.
  15.   Love the highlights at the end of this article. His on-court demeanor reminds me of Sheehey or Montrezl Harrell; exciting, celebrating/yelling in the face of his opponents, etc. -- the type of guy I've been saying this year's team has been missing.
  16. Not sure if this has been posted or not but there's some interesting stuff in here.    http://www.btpowerhouse.com/2015/3/11/8188225/does-indiana-lead-for-2015-4-star-center-thomas-bryant   One thing that really stuck out was this quote from Yogi's dad, "Look, he ultimately wants to do great things for his school. He may be leaning toward coming back. There are a few factors. Getting a big man to play with may be one of those."  Didn't really think Yogi leaving this year was a possibility until now.
  17. Oregon giving the #9 Utes a run for their money right now. 39-34 Ducks, 16 mins left in the 2nd.
  18.   While he does "play for the other team," I honestly doubt that has to do with the resignation. I knew him, his "teammate," and both Sean and Sean's brother fairly well. Curt is a great person and coach.   Its not illegal to "play for the other team," in fact Bloomington is probably one of the most accepting towns to be on that team, and IU most likely encourages it if anything. Not shooting the messenger, just don't think it was necessary to bring it up considering his character.    But I totally understand why you might have came to that conclusion, given that there have been numerous cases where people in positions like his resign/"move on"/etc when these kind of things come out.
  19.   Yeah, he may have adopted Sean or something but I know for a fact that Curt is his uncle. Sean told me that he lived in Ohio with his parents until Curt moved here for the coaching position, then Sean and his twin brother came here with Curt.
  20. If you guys are talking about who I think you're talking about thats one of his nephews he sorta adopted, not his son. We played lacrosse together in highschool and were pretty close my senior year but I havent seen much of him since then. But back then the team went to their house and hung out a few times, other than him and his brother there were never any other kids living there so im fairly certain Curt doesnt have a son. Anyway, I had heard that he might of been involved in something like this after I left for college, blew it off as a rumor considering the source. We never really talked about it but I sorta picked up that he was from a bad situation, (mostly friend wise, maybe family im not sure) and thats why Curt took him and his brother in. Then after Curt resigned I assumed it had to do with him potentially being involved in this. Not 100% certain about all of it, just my observations. Hope for the best for him. He was always a good guy and great friend.
  21.   The thought of this team gives me chills. If we retain those 8 players, get OG, Morgan, Bryant and Lyle/Vick/Shake I wouldn't be satisfied with anything less than a 'ship and a banner.
