I have coached my girls in softball & basketball, that is where my name came from. Win or lose there is nothing better than seeing kids try their best at the game. Becoming a team and learning the fundamentals is where it starts. At a young age winning should be second, first is knowledge & fun as in fundamentals is where to start. Also other parental involvement helps a lot. Most parents want to help but don't wanna coach, in this instance put them in the dugout or as a base coach and all they need is simple guidance. You should be great at this every one who puts in time like coaching for instance will see the rewards unfold in front of your eyes. A lil off topic but I have a plaque given to me by a former player/parents that says "Coach of the Year 2008" it hangs in my garage with pride. Sent from my iphone 9 using BtownBanners
