4 years is a long time. There are job opportunities I haven't taken but wished I had years later...things change over the course of a few years. However, with Dusty May, he hasn't even been there a year. I'm not buying that there is any greater chance that he comes over Brad Steven's situation... You could be right. Dusty could be a long shot as well. If we get past those two, I start getting nervous. Not huge on Cronin. Just think he’s an @$$. McCollum is a risk because he’s never done it at this level.

I get what you are saying here, but how is Dusty May any more believable or possible than Brad Stevens? He's only been in his current job for under a year. I would say that conventional thinking would make Dusty May more of a long shot than Brad Stevens... Well for starters dusty May didn’t just get NBA executive of the year and help his team win the world championship nor did he turn the job down 4 years ago

I haven’t looked into drew much. Tough to argue about the success he’s had at Baylor. I’ve heard claims that his family is super religious and that’s why they like Waco and for that reason he may not be a good fit in Bloomington. No clue if that’s true

I like May a lot more now than I did at this time last year. I have PTSD from hiring the up and comer because of Archie. Seeing what May did with Michigan from where they were last year impressed me. I think he would be a great hire.

Honestly I’m just an IU fan that came here to have conversations about guys that actually might be the next coach at Indiana dusty may, mick Cronin, Ben McCollum, etc. but all you get is Brad Stevens mumbo jumbo here.. the only thing legit is that national media is saying he should be the first call we make, well no **** lets have a conversation about who should be the next coach
