Yeah exactly!! I am not convinced that it is been this tight lipped and the hire ends up being BM. It may not be Brad Stevens very possible, but you don't run this tight of a ship for a guy with one year of D1 experience. I still believe in Scott.

So is Medved and there are people that already know he is taking Minnesota? So many people have said this is one of the tightest searches theyve seen. I don't buy that is because he is coaching a team personally

One thing I won't understand if it is McCollum...why did it get so quiet? Like why would Dolson have everyone around him be so quiet for so long to hire a mid major coach? Don't get me wrong, I don't think McCollum is a bad hire, but he's no home run hire that you keep under lock and key. There are just so many aspects of this coaching hire that don't make sense to me yet, maybe @JerryYeagley23 will be able to give some clarity once he "takes the lid off" as he said. Hope we hear something soon because this search is getting old at this point.

Personally, none of those feel like they prove your point, but okay. Genuine question, you think Brad is completely out (maybe he is, but I don't know that and neither do you) what candidates do you think are worth discussing or realistic options in your eyes?

What is your proof though? Stevens is as real of a candidate as Beard, Huss, Brownell, Cronin, etc etc etc. Half of the guys we discuss aren't even real candidates that Scott is even thinking about, but we still discuss them. Why is it that you dictate that Stevens is so far from a real candidate we can't discuss him? Heck I heard Phill Jackson was a candidate let's talk about him? People can discuss any candidate they want weather they are real candidates or not. Don't need you just crapping on the conversation because you don't like it.

He wants proof from Chris and these guys, but he can't prove anything. He just wants to discuss the coaching search....but only discuss the candidates that he wants to discuss.

If you aren't here for Inside info you should really go back to peegs. They don't give any inside info and think Stevens is completely out. You would fit right in.

Yeah, I've seen him lurking and has liked a few things and thrown in a couple small comments, but no info. Idk I just feel that is very telling for me. IF they are truly telling big name people to shut up....they aren't going to do that just to hire Ben McCollum or TJ Otz....that's only for one name. I know there are quite a few things thrown around, but the fact Jerry has been so silent and even made a comment about BehindTheBench talking so much just seems very very telling to me, but maybe I am crazy
