I feel the same. I wonder if the past seasons have seen this many P5 teams struggle in their season openers? It could be recency bias that makes me feel like this is more than usual but we know 95% of P5 schools schedule a cupcake to begin the season.

I give Kaufman-Renn a lot of credit for taking the redshirt. The team is stacked this year so it makes sense if he wants to maximize his playing time his first year. Not often a mid-to-upper 4-star recruit will sit out their whole first year.

Feels like we've hit more 3's this half than we did in any whole game last season.
