Just my opinion from the clips, I did not see a dunk, a block shot or jalen locking anyone down. Maybe not real athletic and did not show lock down D. But his outside shot showed a quick release. A player came my mind was jordan poole from michigan. Jalen seems to be a better athlete than damezi. Just plays faster. Not watched a full game but watched clips of his game and agree to the sentiment of hes a guard. Outside shot looks real good and he appears unselfish. I would be happy if we picked him up. Think back to sampsons first year 06-07. We won 20 or 21 games with dj white and earl calloway and a bunch of fill in type players. One thing about that team they played hard. Was not very good on offense but played good defense. Sent from my SM-G950U using BtownBanners mobile app

We need both player changes and assistant coach changes. Players who can shoot the outside shot and player leaders who can help motivate these guys. We dont have either of those on this team. Assistants i question what they even do for us. I know archie is responsible for this team but an assistant can make or break you and we are breaking. Going to throw out a name that probably most have not heard of but Payton Sparks from Winchester, IN. Hes 6'7" sophomore with a solid body. My opinion most one and done players do not want to be coached up but want to come in and play and have fun. I remember calipari said more than once that kentucky is not for all players. Referring to the pressure he will put on them or coaching them up as its called. I see archie very similar especially early on. Darius personality is to easy going to be pushed hard everyday.
