  1. Not at all doubting you.... where'd you hear this though?
  2. neither were any good yes, I couldn't agree more.... I just don't understand what that has to do with Opurum who has shown he has a solid floor. those two specifically... never had good numbers
  3. Good, back to just talking ball.... Any 7ft kid, which Hanner wasn't, doesn't have a low floor. They're rim protection, 5 fouls, and a decent rebounder... at minimum..... specifically this kid.
  4. no no... You act concensending af. Don't play the "I did nothing" card lol I agree, you are the rude one.
  5. I'm not sure why you posted his SO stats. 19 mins-- 7p 4r--- pretty good numbers for what should have been a bench big and defended the rim... took very little shots and was efficient when he did. High floor, low ceiling. lol you sound soft. Just talk ball.
  6. In what world? or whatever you said... when you're rude, don't be surprised when it comes back to you.
  7. I really do not care what you've heard and haven't heard. You have shown very little understanding during your time here. You complain loudly, though.
  8. Hanner Perea-- 19MP 7p 4r 1b 59% FG If that isn't a good bench big, not sure there are any
  9. Do you usually struggle? I know you're young, but mercy man.
  10. 100% I understand it lol Skill can be developed, sure. But.... he isn't having offense run through him. Not in the modern game. But false, he doesn't need to develop THAT much skill to contribute because he already has the physical traits. Hence... high floor. Hanner Perea was a great bench big. Hence... high floor.
  11. well... we're bringing 1 asst and a SC from WVU
  12. mmmmm..... I could say he's bringing his own in Tucker and Enright. That's comparable to what Cignetti did. But, hard for anyone to measure up with Ponds, Fisher, Walker, Kamara, and Sarratt, among others... I agree.
  13. I understand it perfectly, I'm not convinced you do. His ceiling isn't that high BECAUSE of his lack of skill. The kid more than looks, and plays, like he is someone that can compete fine, right now, if spots 1-4 are taken care of accordingly. Hence... low floor. He doesn't hurt you. Why wouldn't he improve much? He improved a ton during the season last year.
  14. first 21 games-- 5 games in double figures last 12 games-- 8 games in double figures 7 double digit reb in the last 12 3 double digit reb in first 21
  15. same... with this kid's experience last year, knowing he has 4 years... I can see why we're interested and he has a skill set we need.
  16. Those are just bad basketball players compared to other D1 players?
  17. I think he should have 4, though, right?
  18. Did any of them put up REALLY good #s in JUCO? I don't really see where those guys had a low floor, though. At minimum its a rim protector and 5 fouls, that in itself is valuable and raises their floor. Gabe Cupps had a low floor.
  19. More on Opurum... PER--- 17.1p 14.7r 4.7b He only played 22MPG this year... I think we should want this kid.
  20. Pieces to the puzzle. 7ft JUCO kid and Troy guard would complement the 4 guys we have now, Wilkerson the same. Hold up.. .Emeka was a FR too? We absolutely want him. 4 years of eligibility.
  21. He's literally on a visit to Auburn. I don't want our 7ft making many moves other than dunks. How does someone who's 7ft have a low floor? Complete opposite. wont he have multiple years of eligibility? I'm certain he's better than Hatton and the other big kid we had off the bench.... and we won't have to run offense through him like Ballo.
  22. you guys ONLY share your concerns though lol ... everyday, all day...
  23. "cheapening out in the portal isn't the way you accomplish that"..... like what?
  24. I didn't say that. I thought it was given those two would play 35 mins. They both avg over that. But the low end of those 3 avgs is still 40%. We might have plenty of roster spots, but available mins wise... a little more than half.
