I think it says a lot that a freshman is Archie’s player guest. Be patient and buy in fans! Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  2. Could be anyone from Brooks to TJD to Tipton himself. Brooks could have done it to garner attention before his announcement, TJD could have done it to persuade Brooks, and Tipton could have done it to gain likes and followers Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

Inclined to Give Archie a Break

https://www.thedailyhoosier.com/john-beilein-on-archie-millers-challenge-the-only-way-to-do-it-is-culture/ I think everyone should read this article. I’m bullish on the future because I’m beginning to see the culture in a few of our young guys. Rob and Al are the future of our team and they show that Indiana grit. We just have to be patient imo Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

    So some concerns I’m having...

With our current record, we’re currently a 7-9 seed. This comes from various sources Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app

  7. Yes. It needs to improve, but man there are a lot of open shots being missed. Wide open 3’s Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  8. Kind of a dumb point. There’s clearly a need for a scorer, clearly guys get open shots, clearly Archie is a good defensive coach, clearly IU is the hometown school, and clearly IU has as much prestige of any school in the nation. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app

(2020) SG Anthony Leal to IU

I was at the game last night. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Hemenway may not have missed a shot...crazy efficient. Leal impressed me as well. Still not sure either is the caliber player IU needs, but if I had to choose, it'd be Leal.

    So some concerns I’m having...

What would everyone like to see in the offense with respect to our players’ skills/weaknesses? I’ve seen a lot saying Romeo coming off more picks, but what else do you think should be included? My biggest concern is a lot of the movement is lateral with handoffs. I’d like to see more back door cuts and double screens. 2 good things I think are consistent is our post entry to JM and high low between Morgan and Smith/Romeo Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

    Indiana vs Nebraska 1/14/19 6:30pm FS1

I’m sure it’s not a popular opinion but I’m still on the Archie bandwagon...but tonight was tough. Regardless firing a coach in less than 3 years has major ramifications for the future because no decent candidate will trust our administration to give them time to implement their system. Tonight was ugly, but what can you really do when 3-4 of your competent 7 players can’t create their own shot? Defenders sag off Justin and McRob, Fitzner isn’t really a threat, and I don’t think rob is a great offensive threat yet either. I’m going to wait until next year to criticize. IUBB @ Michigan - 1/6/19 @ 4:30 ET

Hmmm...I think the refs have been pretty one sided so far. Take away a few poor calls and a few of Michigan’s crazy 3’s and we’re in a decent place. However, their team is simply better than us. I’m not happy, but not discouraged. We’re gonna be 12-3 and in a good place to succeed Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

    IUBB vs. Illinois - Thurs., 1/3 @ 7:00

I’d personally take Romeo, Juwan, or even Al. It’s about more than just ball handing and I think Green has some of the worst decision making on the team Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
