I agree with if it's his third time he should serve more than Troy and Holt. He got arrested with Yogi, now this, but what was his third offense. Also, I'm sure there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than what any of us know here. Just because that's all he gets game wise doesn't mean that he hasn't severely paid the price for this.

If Crean suspends the players for the SMU game and we were to lose the game it would be because he can't coach and his sub patterns were awful. Some still just can't accept the fact that Bob Knight isn't walking back through that door. If we had Stevens, Alford, or anyone else for that matter you would be stuck reading the same stuff about them as well. Crean recruits players on their abilities and potential, everyone is going to say Johnny is a great kid, but when your 18-20 years old the temptations to drink or smoke are strong. If you think the kids at UK, Duke, UNC, and every where else aren't doing the same thing your blind. The problem is 25 years ago if a cop caught a kid drinking he took the bottle and that was it, so it went unheard of.

Great post. I think the experience of this year will leave Yogi, Troy, Stan, and everyone else with a bad taste in their mouths. I think losing Luke really hurt especially right before Big Ten season started. He had really started showing his ability before he transferred. It sucks not being in the tournament, but no realistic fan saw final four promise in this bunch before the season. With the athleticism this young group shows, with the #1 ranked shooting class coming in next fall we should be really good next season. Looks like the kid from Temple is high on Indiana as well. Will had 3 really great seasons at IU plus the last 5 games. All season he looked like a kid that missed his buddies. Fact is we all miss Victor, Cody, Christian, Jordy, and Elston. Will Sat back and let everyone rely on Yogi and Noah, last few weeks you saw a kid that the end was near. Had he gave us that effort all season we are in the tourney. For those that think Crean didn't recruit Harris you are wrong. Crean talked to Harris a day too early in a dead recruiting period, he was informed by Tim Buckley that he could that morning found out that afternoon it was a day early. Why is it okay for all of us to say Hollowell is playing horrible, that Sheehey needs to step up and not only play better but also be a leader. Yet, the moment Crean says we have a 4th year senior who needs to play better He is throwing them under the bus.
