There's a lot of good stuff in this thread.. you should browse through and look at the videos, etc that have been posted. I think for most the Matta hire takes this from being a headscratcher to sounding pretty promising.. He seems like a guy that players love being around, and that's something I've loved about Tom Allen. You want your team to fully buy in and being a players coach is a good way to do that.

Based on everything I've read/watched about him recently, I think that its such an established nickname that most people will just use that.

I think it will be okay.. Woodson probably has contacts with everyone in the NBA.. And now he has Matta as a college bb consultant basically to help fill in the gaps and help with midwest recruiting.

He could realistically still have another 10 years if he wanted to.

Brad is also from Zionsville. There are two different flights. One from Bedford to Indy main... the other is from Boston Logan to Indy Exec which is right outside Zionsville.
