I'm with you about TJD. I think he will be at IU for only two years-especially if he develops a 3 point game.

Can't say it's never going to come back. In college sports it is all about getting the right coach. Indiana is 0-3 on that since Knight. I'm still giving Archie one more year. I love what I'm hearing from TJD and Armaan. Sound like the guys we all want. I think Rob Phinisee and Al Durham will be two more guys that are big for culture.

I was saying something to someone last night about how this season may have been out of his control off the court. I don't know if I believe the rumors or not but something happened off the court. This team was 12-2 and beat some pretty decent teams along the way. You don't lose 12/13 by accident.

A healthy Jerome and I feel pretty good about IU next season.

I'm getting rid of Direct TV in June. The price will increase. Thinking of doing YouTube tv.

One common theme I noticed with the teams playing deep in the tournament was that they only play 8 guys. I hope Archie can find his 8 man rotation soon.

All the "way too early top 25's" are Big Ten Heavy...Lunardi has 9 Big Ten teams in and no IU on the bubble. I know we can't put too much stock into these things but man the Big Ten is going to be tough. I think this team can finish 8th in the Big Ten. Probably good for a 9/10 seed at best. I kind of like having no expectations or hype. We had way too much last year for a team that didn't even make the postseason the previous year. This could be like 2011-2012...Need the work eithic like Watford, Hulls, Sheehey, and Oladipo along with others had that summer. I know some point to Zeller as the main reason for the jump but those four guys got so much better.

I think they'll put Michigan State-Virginia together. Both teams will probably be #1-2 next year. I bet we get UNC..again...

Not really...look where Texas Tech and Auburn were a few years ago. You think Virginia thought they would cut down the nets after their embarrassment from last year? If you want to be negative about the program go root for someone else..it's ridiculous to say a lot has to happen for them to make the tournament in 2021. I am not happy at all about this season but they were close to getting in this year.

On paper it seems Purdue will struggle without Carsen. However, they could be just as good. I think Wheeler and Williams will be huge for them next year. Haarms and Eastern will get better. I like Newman and Thompson too.

Sporting News released the first "early top 25" for next year. Never like to put much stock into them but they are fun to read. They have six Big Ten teams. Michigan State and Michigan will be title contenders. Purdue, Ohio State, Iowa, and Maryland are in the mix as well. I think Minnesota should be decent next year. Conference will be as challenging if not more challenging next year...

I'm just curious-where do you all rank Knight (no IU bias) as far as college basketball coaches of all time? No order but figure these guys have to be the top 4: Bob Knight, Coach K, Dean Smith, John Wooden

No doubt. Barnes would be the best hire this offseason too. He is better than Alford for sure. I'd be surprised if he left Tennessee. I figure they have the $$$ to keep him.

Dan Patrick said this morning he was told Knight may be moving to Bloomington. I think during the 19-20 season Bob Knight will attend a game in Assembly Hall.
