Serious rebuild? Dude seriously needs to go.... -
There shouldn't be a debate here whether Green is needed. We need guys that can SCORE THE BALL. Devonte is one of the few guys on the team capable of doing this. It's a very short list. We absolutely need him if it means less minutes for guys like McBob, which it does.

I'm sure Senzel is untouchable as a prospect but they would likely need to part with Trammell, OF (#16 prospect), Hunter Greene, RHP #31 (prospect) or Jonathan India, 3B (#53) for Kluber to even be an option.

As a Cards fan and a big time follower of NL Central, The Reds have made some major moves this offseason and I'm impressed. They've had more activity than any other club out there. Still wonder if they have a legit top of the rotation guy. Castillo has the potential to be that guy. The rest are all middle of the rotation guys imo and two will need bounce back years in Roark and Gray. The bats will be there.

Regardless, by year 3 a lot of these guys changed things around. Year 3 will be huge. -

One freshman? Because the other two either didn't check into the game or didn't record a single stat in 8 minutes of action.... -

To me that is pretty unrealistic to expect guys to actually take a step forward during the season in regards to development. -
Tony Bennett or Tom Crean...hmmmm

No I am merely saying maybe the problem might be that the cupboard was more bare than people thought instead of the other opinion that Archie just hasn't done a good job of developing guys. Davis was slow to begin with and then had a serious injury. Moore was a project when he arrived. Green seems committed to making the same mistakes over and over, its like it just is a part of his style and game. Durham was a 3 star guy who was looked at as a 4 year guy. Smith still has lots of upside, he's improved some. McBob is a walk on for a reason. If Archie recruits guys and can't develop them then I will be really concerned. Until then, I am not giving Archie a free pass but also am optimistic that there are much better days ahead and player development wont be one of the problems when he gets more of his own guys in here. -

To me, the most critical mistake by Archie so far is Fizner. He inherited most of this roster but had a chance to bring in a third scorer with Romeo and JMO. If he hits here this is a completely different team, jmo. -

Right, honestly folks dogging on the coaching staff about player development...to me thats just not fair. Archie recruited none of the guys that came back this year. And its not like a lot of these guys were top 50 recruits with lots of fanfare coming in. I know Davis and Smith were but thats about it. Maybe they have reached their ceilings, maybe not. It's certainly a big reason we are where we are. That riddled with injuries. -

It's already been rumored Davis is leaving. I wouldn't be surprised if Green does too. -

Yep guys its imperative we get another shooter on this roster. I'm sure Archie realizes that as well. Someone will be moving on and Archie won't miss this time with a Fizner. -

Eastern with 10 points at half? Has to be a career high. Jeez. -

McRoberts is killing us. Also, Green another no show. Durham also can't buy a shot. -

Why is Smith passing to the only guy that can't shoot with 3 seconds on the clock... -

Giving the ball to Juwan when he is going to the basket usually works well -

I think we may need to put either Romeo or Phinny back in soon. Can't afford for them to go on a big run and not much confidence in a lineup that features Moore, Anderson and Green -

A 7"1 guy spends more time on the floor than on his two feet. Hard for anyone to root for that. -

I know Damezi hasn't played much but hard to understand how you could be practicing all year and be this lost on the court
