If you don't have their ear after that crap Saturday you should find another opportunity.

The issue at hand is that most fans comprehend who Crean is and isn't. Having salient points on both sides isn't a bad thing. When we take it to extremes the argument becomes diluted and illogical. Reason always rests in the middle of any debate.

(2017) SF Kris Wilkes to UCLA

Kris Wilkes made a decision and regardless of anyone's mental capacity to grasp it without attacking him, it was his informed decision. Amazing how we attack an 18 year old and question his motives while putting our hurt feelings in most responses to his decision. You win and lose in recruiting and often times it has nothing to do with the pitch or the close. -

Wilkes has to make his best decision and if those include things like Los Angeles, then so be it. If you have to scratch that itch who I am or we to say otherwise? It stings, it sucks, and he should know better. But now is the time to tackle the what if of California if it is intriguing. -

If it were that cut and dry, all experts would be privy to the same information within a very short period of time. The information available, typically becomes available in short order so imo nonsense. I remain challenged to understand if it wasn't IU, why he would keep them in his top 3. -
(2017) PG Tremont Waters to LSU

Not at all- help me out :). Regardless, the tone in your post was somewhat final in its implication but does not consider the finality of the recruiting season. If it begins and ends in November for you...kudos. It's simple really- I tend to want all of the data rather than a portion of it and I would consider the data finalized after the lasted signing period ends. i.e April -

So your budget numbers are final according to this but neglects to consider any signings prior to the 2017-2018 season? -

Let's stay on point and not play detective, maybe? None of us know much of anything so when someone indicates it's time to panic, I would tend to push back until data indicates it's time to do so. -

How dialed in on the recruiting budget are you to put a specific number on it? And does it end in November or does the April signing period count? -

For the alarmist it's simple. For others, practical. Keep trying to get in that 18 year olds head- it may work at some point. -

Which difficult discussions should there be and to whom? Funny how Waters visits G'town late and unscheduled and CB turns that way. Wilkes shows up in Bloomington and it means nothing accept to those who have an agenda. -

I loved the intensity of the practice and that the staff accounts for every minute. Sloppy throughout but not surprising considering how early it is in the process. -
Not even close to being accurate. Kelly>Wilson, ND recruits on a level IU cannot dream of making a reality. I say that as an IU fan. . Purdue and IU are the little brother when it comes to football and IU has no evidence of recent or past success to hang their hat on. Purdue, at minimum, had the Tiller era.
