What I'm asking is how many guys were coaching their Alma mater in TOTAL. If there were only ten guys coaching their Alma mater, then their success rate is better than if fifty guys were doing it each year. Using a percent of success instead of just a number.

What happened? Some guys telling people they had sources got everyone all a tithe about a coach who was not coming to begin with.

The NCAA tried allowing a stipend to players decades ago. Laundry money is what it was called. That didn't work out well, to say the least.
