For what it is worth, Bryant wasn't exactly living in the paint either. At least on offense. -

Is there any chance someone goes to a "prep" school for a year? I've also wondered about a player like Gelon transferring to a Jr college and then coming back after he has had a chance to hone his skills for a year or two. -

I suppose, if nothing else, it is a good way for them to get free advice from professionals. -

When will the NCAA start tying their available scholarships to their graduation rate? -

He likely formed that opinion from reading sites like this. -

That isn't what I'd call luck. If IU were to pay a player they would deserve punishment. No, I don't care if other places do it or not. -

I think he was either on the track team.....or seeking election. -

If it is that guy, why would he leave all the NFL work to do this? On the other hand, the bball team may have to share him with the fball team. -

You have to wonder if the subject of "over-signing" came up during Miller's interview with Glass. Glass had to know, and inform Miller, what the possible circumstances (too many players, not enough roster spots) would be for this coming year. -

Why would Schilling leave Alford's staff, and why would IU want him? -

Nah. They're just playing a "ring toss" game with someone's foot as the target. Practicing for the carnival to come to town. -

I remember, a bunch of years ago, the basketball team had a couple football players on the roster after Knight had let go of some players. I think Cam Cameron was one of them. They remained under scholarship from football at that time. -

Would an academic scholarship not allow them to change their status to that of a walk-on? Obviously, they would need to actually qualify to earn it. -

Is there a chance any of the players qualify for an academic scholarship? Are any of them in position to graduate early and qualify for a graduate (academic) scholarship? Or, even though it hasn't been done for awhile, what if one or two of them could get an IU scholarship in another sport? Anyone know if any of the guys played baseball in high school and would be considered for a scholarship that way? Any other sports that would consider doing this for a year to help the basketball team, and perhaps themselves? -

Much rather that than FOXESPN. That would be a channel that made up scores based on who they wanted to win the game, rather than what the scoreboard showed. No! Don't look at the scoreboard! We'll tell you about it! -

You're correct. I'll defend his offense, but his defense is offensive.......... or something like that.
