They seem so long ago but not so long ago at the same time

I was just talking to my friend about this the other day. Remember when it was WHEN IU makes the tournament not if. Remember when it wasn't IF IU wins but WHEN. You didn't worry about who was and wasn't coming back as much because you knew there was going to be a strong team no matter what. Ahh the good ol days lol. I just remember when IU always made the tournament and were in the sweet sixteen. Remember when we never lost to Northwestern. Hell remember when we never lost to Wisconsin? I guess everything changes right?

Other than IU I'm really looking forward to that Iowa Davidson match up

I saw WSU in person when they played ISU in Terre Haute. They definitely are not big but they are strong. Should be a good test for our Hoosiers. I actually believe we have the advantage down low. The thing about the Shockers is they don't beat themselves.

I think defense was better but I never thought the offense was that impressive. I'd say toss up

Nothing would surprise me with this guy

I have been a blind supporter of CTC since he was hired. I loved the hire and believed he to be the right guy to make IU a consistent winner again. I'm really proud and grateful for putting IU back in the map. I believe for the most part he provided a team that was easy to root for on and off the court. I can no longer ignore the writing on the wall. His time is over. It has to be. It's gone as far as it can with Crean. Time for a new start. If he is not fired I'm sure he will have some good seasons ahead of him but as I have seen others say this mediocrity can no longer be accepted. I will continue to support IU if Crean is coach after this season but will always be wondering if we could do better. My first post and it felt good lol
