Max should just spread the floor and get put backs offensively unless he has someone undersized guarding him.

The whole team played a lot better D tonight. 4 blocks from Bryant?! That's what im talking about!

This team has sky high potential 

Pointing out the negatives is one thing. Consistently focusing on them and ignoring the positives is something completely different. 

Up 18 halfway through the first half... Not impressed?

This team can REALLY shoot. 

It's tough to tell with Newkirk, I look at a guy like Tyler Lewis who transferred from NC State to Butler who didn't really play well at NC State but is now lighting it up at Butler so far. I think Newkirk can be a fine player here. 

Yeah the day he committed I believe. 

Even with Steph Curry his handle is insane. The things he can do with the ball make up for his lack of explosiveness. Blackmon doesn't have that. Any time he has to dribble and try to create for himself it's usually not good. His game is fine in college obviously when you look at his PPG, but it won't work well in the NBA. 

Pretty much this. I love Blackmon, but would he leave after this season to be a 2nd round pick at best? His game is great in college at least offensively but it really doesn't translate very well to the NBA. His handle still isn't great and he doesn't have the speed or the lateral agility to make up for it. 

Just thought about Alpha Diallo, would take him in a heartbeat. Wouldn't have an issue with taking a 4* wing at all. 

Wonder if we target this kid any harder, I mean i'd take a 4* star wing right now. 

On the bright side if we lose 4 starters, we'll probably have a damn good year this season. Unfortunately on the recruiting front I don't know who we have left to target, obviously Alkins/Maker/Gordon but who is out there after those three?

Oh, well I would probably say elite 8 or bust for Crean this season.

What does him making a sweet 16 have to do with my post? I never even mentioned the sweet 16. 

  If we go to a final 4 say this season then Crean absolutely should stay. I am higher on Crean than most (hence the name) but I think this is the prove it year for Crean but the idea that Crean can't take us anywhere regardless of what he accomplishes this season is simply false to me.  

Cmon Alkins, come to IU. 

We have to land every target or we're screwed. Eron Gordon is a fine back-up option to me, I mean according to 247 the dude is a 4 star. Still after Alkins too.

A lot of schools are getting out recruited by them... Our recruiting class is top 15 yet you guys act like it sucks.

I'm sure the Maryland crowd is legit, but it's not better than Assembly Hall when it's rocking. 

If Blackmon comes back? I disagree with that. Probably would have started Johnson/Alkins/Blackmon.
