But at the same time we have never had a great rebounding guard or wing for that matter. Vic was an exception at times but that's it. It's all about how Crean plays and he has never had rebounding guards. Michigan depends on their guards to get rebounds, we don't really do that. Shoot we got out rebounded by UIndy last night.

If I had to guess he's gonna go to Ole Miss. That fan based has shown incredible love to him the past week. Other recruits going to ole miss are trying to get Darrin there

Honestly he's a great coach for the situation he was put in. Coming from Oklahoma to Indiana where football is not our first sport is tough to do. He has assembled Indiana kids to play at IU and has now dipped into Florida to go get some athletes in the secondary. He's not the best coach in certain situations but goodness he has done more here than a lot of coaches would've.

Yeah but at the same time the rest of the teams in the B1G have huge guys. We don't have that guy to match up with a Kaminsky or another big center in conference play. I'm not worried about facing teams outside of the conference, but I do worry about getting beaten down low during conference.

I don't know if anyone has said it yet, but that kids game is creepily similar to Vic's. The build, the shot, the athleticism. It's all there.

Are the days of having a true big man gone for IU?

He may have character issues but he can ball out. Plus spending that year at Huntington Prep had to help. He didn't get in trouble there as far as I know.

I'm a big advocator for us to stay in state recruiting. No reason to go 4 states away to grab a kid when we have some of the best grown in our backyards. That's why I ask
