I couldn't stand sitting the bench. Play for sure.
-
We've had a lot of the freak knee injuries. Moe and Austin with the broken knee caps and now Hanner with a dislocation. Maybe we've had them before but I cant remember a patella injury before those two ever. Just lucky I guess.
-
They do have a history of early exits even with high seeds but this team looks pretty good. Wiltjer is a player and looks to be a good kid too.
-
No kidding! That kid killed us.

HMP likely out 2-4 weeks with a knee injury

Just rub some dirt on it and lets go! -
Jessan Grey-Ashley is goin to play in the league.Straight from Coach's mouth. I was all excited than I saw him play.
-
This might tell us all we need to know about him if we didn't already.
-
Could've been a lot worse. He should heal quick enough and be back good as new in a few. Get well Juwan, you're needed in Bloomington.
-
So why pay him so much? If there aren't high expectations why even keep score. Lets just play for the fun of it.Were a basketball school and we need to win at a very high level. We don't have the resources that the football schools have and to pay a coach that kind of money and not expect excellence both on and of the court is ridiculous. .We need a winner and 3.5 million ought to buy one.

That team was bad ,I think this one will be hell come March.
-
Purdue's size is worrisome to me.But then again our speed and outside shooting should give them fits. Should be a battle.Hope for and fully expect a better effort that our tank job last season.
-
He looks every bit of it and then some..ESPN's profile actually has him at 6'7''205 not that it matters. In the recent vdeos he looks taller than before and seems to be getting thicker.Hope he's still growing.

Hoosiers toughest stretch due to start Sunday

Bo Ryan may feel that way,14-4 all time. But even he lost to us last year finally getting the monkey off Crean's back. The rest not so much. -
Respect is earned and by winning games we'll get it. Beating Illinois will be a good way to keep the ball rolling and help with the skepticism people including myself have with this team. They're down right now and If we are going to beat them in Champaign this is the time.Good teams win on the road decent teams rarely do. Go Hoosiers Beat Illini!

Clear example of how Crean fails in recruiting.

From the site. Russo is a mobile and skilled forward that is at his best when facing up in the mid and high post and attacking off the bounce. He is a very good athlete who plays above the rim on both ends. Sounds like Creans kind of guy but not really a low post player. It also said Indiana is really hitting the juco circuit hard looking for bigs .I think that's a good thing if they can find a serviceable big that way.I don't feel good about any of the high profile preps we're after. Hope I'm wrong and this is just insurance. -

Yeah but from that small sample size I say keep slashing in games and shooting in practice. That's been some butt ugly shots. -

Was that the reason or was it to have a backup on the bench for Cody? I've seen nothing in seven years to suggest two bigs would've been on the floor the same time.I think Luke Fisher may have seen that as well. -

Ouch! Ha Ha History Delete!! -
Does anyone know how big this kid really i?.Ive heard everything from 6'6''200 lb to 6'8'' 220. He sure looks like he's bigger than he was when we first found him. His Dads a big man so he could he may have the potential to put on some mass.
-
For another overlooked 7 footer with loads of potential.I think his name is Ezekiel August. I've heard he's hot.
-
The devils would have been better served had Louisville not lost that lead at Chapel Hill.

Yeah,I loved after the 3 point contest when he told Sydnee I'm Max Hoetzel I don't loose 3 point contests. He has a playfulness and cockiness I like.A little more strength and experience and he very well could be our thorn in the Toilet makers side. -
