Cant speak for Rebel but I have always read the other sites but never posted.Seems to be a lot of pissing matches going on and I really don't like to get in to all that. Been there and done that. This forum for the most part seems to have members who are more civil and just have a love for the program.I think the Administrators want that and do a good job of keeping it that way. Hope it stays that way and also hope I can bring something to the table as well. Ive watched a lot of IU basketball over the years and even remember some of it. -

2014-2015 Season has officially begun!

Holt"s shoulders are at the same height as Max's but Max looks 2 inches taller.Coupled with the long reach he will probably play bigger than his height suggests . I remember When the Lawson kid out of Bloomington signed and I was so pumped because he was 6'10'' or 11'' But then when I saw him he had arms about a foot and a half long.Kind of the same thing only different. -

Thought the same thing with the Brantley thing.I hope we get Shake. Always good to have size in the back court. -
I think this is just a byproduct of something being beat to death. There's two different camps that will never see eye to eye. My Apologies for taking the thread off topic but It seems to have ran its coarse and I was trying to inject a little humor while making that point. My Bad.

I guess all's quiet on the western front? Man I wish Shake spring for the Hoosiers! -
I was dating a girl from Floyd central and we were at the Seymour regional when they beat the Highlanders.Jerry Schellenberg of Floyd gave the dogs all they could handle. Had close to 30 points over 20 rebounds and lost by three. Had a great career at Wake Forest.Used to play with him at the Georgetown park.Great guy.

We used to play on a court in Clarksville at a Doctors house on the main drag.Wolvertons I believe. Also at Community park in New Albany. There was a lot of talent in Southern Indiana.I went to New Albany the year they won state with Mitchell, Mukes Slaughter and Julius Norman.Norman was an unbelievable athlete. Once saw him put all 5 fingers on the ceiling in the main hall at 12 '

Under the Radar Teams in the Country

See he left out 4 star junior Perea who could really be a huge factor. Other than that pretty spot on. -
That's going to be hard to do.There's so many different ways to rehash the same topics like Crean sucks,At least three of the freshman suck too, etc, etc. I cant wait for the season to start so we can talk about actual performance instead of preconceived notions.

I once blocked a Chuck Franz Shot in a pickup game Can I still Post?

I agree JS. Hulls was Mr basketball in a hoops crazy state. Priller was an unknown from Texas. There's no comparison. I still hope like crazy the kid can play.

The importance of IU basketball
GloryDays replied to Walking Boot of Doom's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I remember the little Mich St fan last year.It broke my heart to see the suffering . At the same time i had a new found admiration for Adrian Payne.Couldn't shake that one for a while. -
It might be best but that takes patience and it so much easier to bash ahead of time and get it out of the way.I mean, WAKE UP MAN, we all know the kids not any good . :punish: Don't We?

Bingo! But he also made a point about the squeaky clean UK program when asked. Thanks for the clarification. I get a little foggy sometimes.
