Agree with last post about Mister. Most kids leave for more playing time and if he was low on the depth chart it suggests a strong RB cadre. Wonder if he is going to Illinois State to be eligible right away. ISU could become IU in exile...

Let's hope this ends up as a green light. Everything about this guy's skill sets is very positive and he can bring a lot to the party. Is also interesting that Booth continues to have a low profile in spring/summer /fall ball. He was a very big deal signee - local 4*.

Have not heard anything about Tommy Mister this spring. Assume he is fully healed from injury and had very good rep out of HS. Could be a potent addition to a talented RB corp. Anybody have info?

When some players leave a program it means there is a higher level of talent on the team and they want more playing time elsewhere, often at a smaller school (Delaware State, for instance). The Harris situation is a bummer but we are deep (albeit untested) at WR position.

Wilson and team Hoosiers will get it done this year...

C'mon - what's with all of the Negative Nellies and Debbie Downers on this post? Hoosiers have all the tools to win big this year. Have faith. However, if Coach does not get it done with all of these weapons we should figure out how can make it happen as coach. Not looking through rose colored glasses - just get the sense that this is the year.

We have had a signature win each of be past two seasons and we should hope for one his year also. Who will it be? Sparty? Bucks? Remember - 99% of the so called experts last year picked Mizzou over IU and that's not the way it turned out. This is going to be a good team this year - will make us all proud Hoosier fans.

We need a huge winning season if we want to have a story to tell the 4 star kids in Hoosier land. This is the season to do that !!!

This 2016 recruitment has been s-l-o-w. Spartans already have over 10 verbals, and we lost a QB to Michigan and lost Taj Williams. Our best recruiting pitch will be to win 7-8 games and go bowling. Quality recruits need to see there is progress being made. Talking about the future only works for so long.

Some of the announcements about his commit name other schools that were front runners but I did not see IU mentioned despite he apparently had an official visit planned here soon. I'm wondering why he mentioned us if we were not in his top 3...

As an IU football fan and Chicagoan living in Hong Kong, there are some serious parallels to the annual Cubbies' mantra:  "Wait until next year."  Last year was thought to be a possible bowling year.  Nope - but wait until next year (this year).  This year had great promise with a dual-threat offense but things have happened.  Wait until next year!  The Cubs supposedly have the Billygoat Curse which stands in their way of success.  Seems like we have a Billygoat in the mix somewhere...

OK all - I am an IU football fan in Hong Kong and for the team I am willing to fly in and be 4th string QB in case our backups get hurt. No college experience playing football but I will pledge whatever skills I have ( as a consultant) to IUFB! Mike Hoban
