Just got back from an epic overlanding adventure up the "Top of the World" highway all the way to Dawson City, Canada (Yukon). Really cool little trip through Chicken Alaska and a ride across the Yukon River on a ferry which took us right into the downtown of Dawson City. Visited Diamond Tooth Gerdies where we watched a can-can girl show and got some cheap old-time gambling in. Drank a shot of Yukon Jack Whiskey with a human toe in it and experienced some of the gold mining town buildings. Really good trip if you are looking for something that will check off the bucket list. Don't have the photos just yet but will post them when i get them. Not at all.

Wife and I took an overlanding trip up the dreaded "Dalton Highway" this past weekend. 500 miles of pure hell as the jeep made it's way through mud, snow, canyon-sized potholes, jagged rocks and mosquitos. We arrived at Deadhorse, AK and spent the night on the "SAG" River where we slept in our roof top tent in 21 degrees with blowing winds upwards 30 knts. Needless to say it was quite an adventure, finally having stepped on (not into) the Arctic Ocean that was still completely frozen. We saw tons of Muskox and Caribou as well as millions of migratory birds. No polar bears, unfortunately.

just read the "Next 100 years". really interesting minus a some things.

Watched this kid all last season. Serious upside under the rim. His numbers don't show it but he is an outstanding rebounder. He has really good moves against bigger and stronger opponents.

I voted "yes". He is who we have right now and i'm tired of the coach carousel and desperate for us to get back to a winning program. Ok, in retrospect, I don't really know why i voted yes because i'm really not happy but only hopeful. I'm so confused right now!!

Watched him all last year (Mashburn jr). Kid can create. His mid-range game is elite. His 3 point is decent after his injury, was exceptional. I would like him playing for IU.
