have you fellow Hoosiers seen the app "UNTAPPD" ? You must download it! me and my mates enjoy trying new beer competitively. Yes, you end up drinking SH@T beer like Old Milwaukee, but it forces you to drink new beers that you wouldn't have tried before. Very fun. The biggest feature is you win BADGES!!!

Alaska IPA is pretty good. The problem is that they used to have an awesome IPA but since they went worldwide, they had to tone down the taste quite a bit. I wish i could get you my favorite....HOODOO IPA! The guy who used to make Alaska IPA left to start his own craft beer company ~ Hoodoo. We can't ship it and it isn't in bottles. You would enjoy

I know this is kind of a weird question since i live in Alaska and see the lights about 75% of the year....just curious, anyone in the lower-48 see the aurora borealis with all the sun flare going on?

I have gone through the alumni folks and the alumni website. there are some way down in Anchorage but they have yet to respond. Kind of lonely, i am :(

This place is heaven on earth! it is tougher but we are never leaving. I fell in love with it when i crossed the border driving up from the lower 48. not as many stupid people and it is the last remnant of what the US used to be. people with common sense. The reality shows make us all look like dumb asses.

I was living in Bloomington at the time, waiting to get in to a Masters program.....I was working at Enterprise Rentals and my wife called to tell me what was going on. Once, the 2nd plane hit i knew i was getting called back in the Army. (I arrived in Afghanistan two months later). My whole life was flipped out of whack, and just finished 13 years (retired last NOV) of 5 deployments to Iraq and 2 to Afghanistan schwacking those animals.

I'm having a tingling up my leg that this class is going to be "grimes"!

  Holy sheet! I thought the same thing when i watched his video. I was afraid to post anything about it since i am a confirmed non-basketball knowing kind-of guy.... And of course, being in Alaska, i cannot talk college basketball to ANYONE! it's hockey or nothing. (Everyone believes that i must be a homosexual because i don't understand hockey)
