Actually, it has been quite shaky here in the north this past year. We have had more quakes than i can remember. We had a nice one a couple of weeks ago that had me at pucker-factor 10

I changed my name to try and help bring good vibes to get Shake Milton.....Didn't work, now i'm stuck with the name for 3hundred and something more days :(

In all truthfulness, I think we got pretty hammered and might be on a future episode of Alaska State Troopers. Hell, i don't even remember posting last night. This morning, I realized i also posted "We sang the IU fight song in the bar last night and something about having the claim to fame of singing it the farthest north in the world" or something to that fact ~ IN THE WRONG DISCUSSION BOARD. :no: We both needed that kind of drinking after the BBALL news of last week.   Anyhow, I think we had a good time and I did show him some Alaska Hoosier hospitality as I know any of you would too.

and.... as you can tell, we sang the IU fight song. I think i can now say that my claim to fame is i sang the IU fight song the farthest north in the world!

Tonight, i have to tell you folks....I went to my local hangout here in Alaska. Low and behold, a fellow Hoosier shows up behind me in line for beers...He and his brother are visiting because it is cheaper to fly in the winter....anyhow, It was so nice to talk Indiana basketball with someone and to talk about AJ and RMK and all of you here on Btown banners. After a few beers, i'm almost in tears thinking of AJ and how proud I am and how wonderful it is to understand how important IU basketball is.. This has been a tumultuous week for all of us. I just want to wish Mr. Guyton a wonderful weekend and i still have hope that RMK will show up for his sake.   In conclusion, i'm drunk and i love all you guys! God bless A.J., RMK, all of you Hoosiers and I.U.! Never daunted, we shall not falter, in the battle were tried and true!

Welcome home A.J.! Congratulations and thank you for all you have done to represent our University.

The way i see it: I'm done with pointing fingers and asking, "what if"? It's time for a fan packed Assembly Hall and to have the team and coach come apologize....or at least say, "we messed up". Let us prove to you that we are going represent Indiana University from here until i graduate. Indiana, we are all for you". The coach can say something like, If something else happens, i'm outtie. If we don't make the tourney, i'm outtie. I think that would quell some of the burn at the stake mentality that has surfaced. We all get what we want. A team that is face-to-face with the fans (or at least 17k) and they are promising to do all they can to make things right. And the fans can give back their commitment to hang in there.   As you can tell, i have downed a couple of brews to kill the pain of all of this.   I have to believe this is all behind us, i want everyone else to believe this as well. I love this team....and everyone that has worn the candy stripes before them. Coach Crean is STILL MY COACH, and i want him and the team to succeed in basketball and more importantly, in life.   Can't someone talk to Coach Crean and the team and make this happen? videos, tweets, social media just don't cut it. Unless there is an in-person come to jesus, people just won't have the faith.   now, back to my pity party

I wish they would hire ME to keep these kids focused. I guarantee that i could put the fear of RMK in them to keep them straight until they graduate. And they WILL graduate.....Hell, I'll be the IU "enforcer"! Anyone know if there is a position?

Holt, if you are reading this: Prayers to you and your family. I know you did something you regret but stand by DD and his family, they need you, don't feel as if you should run away and hide. Things happen! stay tough.

Take a deep breath everyone. Let's just see what shakes out and go from there. No need to throw out our thoughts on this or that.....Until we get more information. Until then, prayers to all involved and GO IU!
