(2016) C Thon Maker
ALASKA HOOSIER replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Basketball Recruiting Forum
I think im gonna start a rumor to get the wheels turning on us getting Thon to visit. Maybe if we stir it up the agent/handler will take notice and get him to btown....bere it goes. Feel free to add in what you "HEARD". -
Look for cracks in the wood. That is also a good way to determine. our spring and summers up here are all firewood preparation. It is exciting at first but when it interferes with the salmon runs....no joy! Last year was horrible for my winter prep. It rained quite a bit so I HAD to go fish!

I consider myself to be the expert on burning firewood. I usually go through about 8-10 cords of firewood up here in the winter. We all have woodstoves up here in Alaska. However, our wood is different from down in the lower 48. Here are some of my tips: 1. Make sure your wood is bucked/split for at least 6 months. Longer if it is a harder wood. 2. once split, put it up off the ground. If you have something like pallets, use them. 3. get a cover on the split wood. Make sure you can have plenty of airflow. 4. purchase one of those moisture detectors that you stick in the wood and it will give you a moisture reading. You want to have less than 20% moisture content to increase your BTUs and burn time.

I really don't care for either one of them. I kinda want UNC to win because i don't think they're as strong as UL

Shake reporting: 1. use our tre-buchets using swarm tactics attempting to get their Command and control (C2) in early trouble and eliminate them from the fight. 2. our tanks must be fueled up and ready to fight. I will use them in a "take the fight to their tanks" making their tanks afraid to commit. 3. NO MAGINAL LINE! We are tearing that thing down and never going to use that again. We have learned our lesson, now it is time to have a mobile defense. "liberté, egalité, and fraternité." -

The situation in France is another failed example of the West believing we can understand muslim extremism. I despise terrorism! It's only a matter of time for when it happens here again....and again...and again. I know, I know...Politics/religion/Fashion should not be discussed in these posts. It just saddens me to see this happen. I will stop. God Bless France! Let the families of the victims have peace tonight. And let them FIND and KILL the TERRORISTS! -

OSU 84 IU 70 After last night's performance, i have to change my outlook... I too, hate it :negative: -
I don't understand why we have players that drive to the basket and then attempt a shot only to be blocked....over and over...and over. Why don't they kick it out as soon as they see that they can't attempt a shot. Drives me absolutely bat guano

Sorry, been busy with my grad school work. I know the game is on (i'm on black out so i can't see what's happening~ i have to wait until i get finished at work to watch). Anyhoooo. here is the game plan: 1. shut down their long range artillery by using our snipers. We can use a terrain denial strategy by taking away the good ground for launches. 2. Our tanks are getting better at engaging, as apparent by the past couple of battles. We will continue to employ both battalions, leaving none in reserve. i think one might have problems with it's tracks...i heard rumors 3. Our Artillery barrage is unmatched. We must ensure that they have the proper equipment and logistical support to keep the cannons firing. Using the tanks as an offensive weapon, will enable our artillery freedom of movement and open targets. We can't rely on using them only on defense. 4. Reserves will be paramount in this melee, due to the psychological operations that the Izzonites employ on invading armies. We can limit this by taking away their support early, and sustain it. We cannot let the PSYOP flourish. 5. Attack, attack, attack. 73+ offensive assaults. They can only sustain for a certain amount of time. Battle Cry: step on their throats when they are down! onward to victory!!!!! -
