Goodness folks! The sand pit workouts will definitely help out. And IU Bud is right on the money. We are only seeing one small part of the workouts. They will improve the defense. Remember, we had mostly freshman out there last year who had no idea of what a Big Ten defense is all about. Holt will improve, RJ will improve, JBJ will improve, Yogi will improve, TB will need some additional defensive training to get to know what it is all about. We have no where to go but improve this year. I don't think we have anything to worry about except..... learning one or two friggin' defenses and drilling them, drilling them, drilling the team until they know where they are supposed to be, when they need to be there. We can't try 59 friggin' defense sets in one possession like last year and stick with it. Also, if we are a conditioned team, why not bring on a press as our primary? Just my thoughts. Guys/Gals let's not worry. We must have hope! GO IU

Folks~ was wondering if someone could help me out by sending me a basketball poster/calendar when they come out. I can order one from the bookstore but they like to charge me $30 to ship to Alaska (when it doesn't cost a fraction in reality). I'm willing to paypal the costs....PM if you can do this and i'll send you my address. Every year, i go thru this mess and end up empty handed.
