Honestly, I am in agreement with this. Firing crean with no action plan puts this program in limbo. Unless we know who we're gonna get and that person is a great coach, no point in getting rid of crean with the potential team he could have next year.

Does anyone else get overly optimistic before every game no matter what happened last game? Entering our last 3 games I've gotten excited the couple days before the next game. With all this Thomas Bryant news going around I now have even more reason to be optimistic. Don't let me down Hoosiers!!!

If he has as much self-confidence as it seems he has in himself in his interviews I wouldn't be surprised if he though he could take that team places.

I know a lot of people would hate this but honestly, it's not a bad option. We get to potentially see what Crean could so with a senior Yogi, Troy with a jumper, improved Rojo and JB, and a legit big man in Thomas Byrant. I know this year has had it's up's and very low down's, but this way we get a pretty awesome roster and a chance to make a decent run in the tourny, and if it the season doesn't live up to expectations, we have another chance to court a great, not just a good, coach.

Booker T....Booker Thomas.....Thomas Bryant.....guys, it's a dead giveaway.

Well today's events definitely throw some wrinkles into our current situation. I'm betting if we win Saturday and Crean locks up a commitment from Thomas Bryant a lot of posters would change their tune.   Tomorrow will be interesting that's for sure.

Man I hope our fans show up and support. An empty assembly hall with a lackluster environment isn't going to do anybody any good. Plus, without Dawson, I think our guys have a good shot at beating MSU.

I'm pro-Nike mainly because I know they'll up the gear at IU. I personally own many adidas items of clothing but NIke's college swag is just a lot cooler.   Oh and the whole recruiting thing.

God I hate our fan base. I was there during the pre-Zeller years and barely ever missed a game because I was LOYAL. These punks with their sense of entitlement and not showing up to support their team is sad regardless of their opinion on the coach or whatever else if bothering them

I can't speak for others, but for me, personally, I would feel great finally beating a legitimate team after 2 pathetic losses and 1 win against a good D1 high school basketball team equivalent.
