I like how we match up with everyone on our side of the bracket. Actually, NW is the team that scares me the most on our side. They've been the thorn in our side the past couple years, and even in our two good years it seems like they gave us tough games. Just get the wheels rolling... In the right direction!

Only way I could ever pull against IU is if we needed to lose so that some other team could get into the tourney over UK. Even then that's super tough and, I would want to be absolutely certain of what IU's postseason fate was

I will say I think a win on Thursday could really change the morale of this team. Killing their demons of Northwestern, could give them some confidence in a matchup against a Maryland team that they played really well against earlier this year. Hmm. Maybe we can get a snowball rolling... Or the handbasket just goes down on Thursday

I concur. I personally like Dakich. He hates seeing crappy basketball no matter who is playing. Loves to see the good. Just so happens that a lot of our games that he calls it seems like we crap the bed.
