Project and overhaul are two different things [emoji41]

I mean, I hate Burr and know a fair amount about his history, but, uh...what?
-
I just like the 2 year transition from one of the worst defenses in CBB to possibly one of the best next year.

It's the media's fault: First question was "You mad bro?"

Wanted: Inspiration for future paintings of glorious leader Crean. Open to suggestions or sample paintings. -
Alright folks, 2-3 games left across the board and the B1G tourney is crystallizing. IU is notoriously terrible in this tourney, but maybe it's just the match ups? So the question is: Who do you want to see IU play the most/least in the B1G tourney? Try and keep it realistic using this http://bball.notnothing.net/big10.php?sport=mbb Courtesy of Hova. I want to desperately avoid MSU and UW (pre-final) but I think only 1 (likely) scenario allows for that. I'd love to play Purdue again or even Maryland.

I agree- if Iowa ties the top-line, they take it. That said, if they lose another I have a hard time seeing him winning. Not that it's the be all end all, but obviously how you finish (especially when you set the bar as high as Iowa did with their B1G start) matters a lot to people and I feel like them squandering their B1G (pun?) lead it'll cost McCaffery. My money is on either Gard or Crean. My hit on Gard is that he inherited a good time and got them performing where they absolutely should be. His advantage is Iowa's weakness (i.e. finishing strong) and the narrative of taking over for Bo in a dramatic fashion will probably play a role. Crean seems like he'd get sympathy from (non-IU) press for all the criticism he's endured and set the stage for the "overcoming critics" narrative.

I just hope that, however the standings work out, we avoid MSU in the semis of the B1G tourney. -
