Do you think Thon would prefer staying an unknown-known (bolstering why he'd minimize the amount of time he'd play college basketball, by matriculating in December, so that teams have less chance to disect his game AND he'd have the excuse of late integration) in order to maximize his stock on potential OR play for maximum exposure and impact? 

Regardless of what his handler implies (about shoes), my money is that he's more likely KU's than UK's. I feel like Self is better at developing interior talent versus collecting it. Embiid seems like a good comparison for what Thon should hope to achieve (stock wise).

On topic: I once saw Yogi walk on water. True it was a shallow puddle but he's a short guy and his ankles didn't even get wet.

Guess they won't be anyone's preseason #1 now. That team struggled badly without him. That'd be a great ACC/B1G challenge draw for us now.
