I would prefer Billy Donovan, and I agree Alford's stats don't add up. But I think Alford would bring Indiana recruits back to Indiana. I think Alford could have an immensely better record here than he has at any other school. Just an observation.

Who knows at this point. Keeping hope alive that it's Donovan.

I couldn't agree more. I think Tom Crean has done a lot for this program and will continue to move this program forward.

No coach can live up to the expectations of this fanbase.

Half the team would jump ship. Even brad Stevens (who seems to be the new Jesus on this site) couldn't coach a team of walk ons to a championship.

I think calling for coach Crean's head after EVERY SINGLE LOSS this season is equivalent to a toddler fit. If the ship doesn't get corrected by the end of next season, it will be time for a coaching change. A coaching change at this point would have a domino effect that would not be pretty.

Of course I'm not happy about losses, but I'm an adult and don't cry like a baby when things don't go my way. There will be good times and there will be bad times, and I will be there for them all.

Most tickets are taken by deep pocket donors. It's a ridiculous practice that I think should end.

K....I will make sure to no longer have any joy when it comes to IU basketball. That's what you want, right? I was just saying, I don't get to go to many games because the seats are always swallowed up by the deep pocket donors who do nothing but complain during the entire game because Bobby Knight is gone. I hope they all put their checkbooks away and free up the hall for the people that care.

With all these checkbooks being put away, maybe some of the real fans with not so deep pockets can get some seats.

Why is everybody saying Yogi is gone? Where is he going? Leaving college early for an overseas pro career or second round no pay draft pick? He is one of the best Players IU has ever had, but not NBA caliber...yet.

Yogi and Troy are only going pro if they play overseas or get a second round pick. It would be awfully stupid to leave college early for that.

Wow, it is getting so negative around here. I think if we had an undefeated season with another banner on the wall someone on here would bitch about the placement of the banner in assembly hall.

This is one of my favorite IU teams to watch in recent memory. I'm looking forward to a great season.
