That's sorta my point. If we win I believe it will because of Hanner and his development. If we don't win, the sole blame will be on Crean even more so than last season. I don't think it's a Crean issue, but you can bet this board will have 1000+ "Who should replace Crean" threads. Everything else on our team is primed and ready to compete. Our rebounding and defense in the paint is the only question mark. 

We can speculate on all the players we want until our noses bleed. Bottom line: Hanner needs to figure it out in a big way this year. I'm not concerned with anyone else. He will be the difference between us dancing and the pitchforks coming out for Crean.

What's the game before us. This is a TERRIBLE scheduling debacle by BTN. 

  I don't think the school is obligated. Jurkin obviously moved on. Whether that was forced or not no one knows. I doubt many bball players would rather ride the bench than play. It's not as if team doctors wouldn't know if it was a serious injury.

So currently Memorial seats just about 53,000. Let's say IU Football does make a turnaround and demand is high in the next few years. Don't they have to make it a full bowl? That's about the same as Louisville's stadium.

I have a picture of us after the first TD in the student section and behind us is nothing but 20-25 rows of all empty bleachers all the way to the new addition on the North end zone. Then about 20 minutes later it filled up a little

  I was there. A lot of students came in the 2nd half and the place was 25% Maize and Blue.

I haven't seen an above average atmosphere in Memorial Stadium since Purdue in 2007. Students could change this, but I have full faith the mighty Hoosier football fans will remain in the tailgate fields by the thousands.

The tournament run in 2002 got me. I was always a huge NBA fan and never had family that went to college or was interested in college sports. That run I made a bracket and picked IU. I could have won my father close to $4,500 in his office pool that year. I was hooked. I watched Hoosiers weekly. I got books about IU basketball and watched old VHS tapes of the '87 season that someone had taped. Imagine the shock that came when I arrived on campus in August of 2008...   I have an IU basketball tattoo because the one constant in my life is IU hoops. It is beyond an obsession to me.
