I just want a coach that can properly prepare a team to face a zone defense. Whether Crean figures it out or next coach up has the formula, it needs to happen. We lost to too many teams that were not as good as us because we can't handle a zone defense.

No doubt. And it only took Matta three years to break him of that and turn him into a pretty good player. Never had a problem scoring. Buuuut there is alot more to the game.

You guys might not like this but Blackmon senior is a horrible coach. JB2 seems to have the same attitude Deshaun Thomas had. Obvious to see where it comes from. Blackmon always led the league in technicals when he was the coach at Luers and had one at a very crucial moment in this game.

I personally would like the design of the jersey to stay as clsoe to what we have now. I think the fans should have a say in what it looks like. I also think the players should get to voice their opinion on an alternate jersey. When it comes to the cut of the uniform, that should be 100% decided by the players. if they are in a jersey or shorts that feel uncomfortable it can really mess with their game. In high school i rolled up my shorts because i hated the length because it messed with my hand/ball if I wanted to go between the legs with the dribble. When it came to jerseys I always wore a sleevless under armour, even during practice that way every shot always felt the same. So basically what I am getting at, fans should be able to have an opinion to how it looks but the players decide how it feels.

if they do go with jordan, shorts will get longer and jerseys tighter. it is their style. Not a big deal to me but others might get all upset

where is this being heard from?

adidas is under contract til 2015-2016 sports seasons. are they waiting for that or preparing a buyout?

Great thing to win this one. But i have to ask, how serious is Vonleh's foot inflammation? I'm assuming he has been dealing with this for a long time becasue I have seen him on campus in the walking boot pretty much all year, but if it is keeping him out of games how much pain is he in? If Vonleh leaves (possible) and no more talented big men come in last second for us (likely), the team will need to do something that some IU fans won't like. With a roster that's gunna be small they are gunna need to learn to run and run a lot. With some quality shooters coming in I wouldn't mind a run and gun show next year. Won't help our turnover issue but it should help raise turnover numbers of other teams. If you don't have a big man, play at a pace where big men are useless.

Playing for pride now. No chance at the tourney barring  the big ten tourney. Hardest part of any season is playing when the games start to mean less. Let's make the NIT and do some work. I dont want to see us in the CBI.

What's the ETA on Hanner's return? I see he is on the bench today. I figured he was probably done for the year but wasn't sure.

I know he's not an extremely high recruit, but why not send an offer to Anas Osama Mahmoud (69th ESPN) or even Myles Turner. These kids have to see we are Center desperate. If Crean has done his recruiting and has seen something he doesn't like with them then I'll trust his opinion, but if he never gave Mahmoud a look he is still out there to get. I don't think Cunningham will do much help with height since he is only 6'7"

I tried to find something that said that. The best I could find was Cuban saying he won't give a dime to any school that is a part of the NCAA because he doesn't like the way they do business. The article was from 2008 but i doubt his mind has changed. He is either very business ethical or found a great excuse to keep his money to himself.
