Well I had season tickets but then I had to drop 1st semester to go to basic training and they took my tickets away. Now that I'm back I can't get them back!!!

I got the chance to meet him once when I was young. He came to Fort Wayne for the holiday tournament (some of the best high school basketball you get to watch in a 3 day strecth) to watch James Hardy play. The crowd was loving him and got to the point where they needed to pull security so he could watch in peace. Once the game was over he told the security to set him up a table so he could talk to everyone that wanted to talk to him. I don't know of to many coaches willing to halt their recruiting trip just to talk to all the IU fans.

I leave for basic training and when I finally get access to the world half the team is suspended! Guess I'm not allowed to skip semesters anymore. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Not to knock this kids ability, but we gotta ask... Is this someone who can play valuable minutes next year? If he is someone that will take a year or two to be game ready we can't go after him. No need for another project sitting on the bench. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Next years roster has 0 seniors. That means if we lock up all of our scholarships this year we can't bring in anyone new next year (unless kids transfer out or go pro). So IMO Crean has to weigh late round recuits impact on next season vs next year's recruits potential impact on the program. Maybe Crean isn't losing on recuits that could help the team a little next year, he is just holding onto those scholarships for kids who will be better for IU in the long run.

My brother texted me to say Lyles got tossed from the 4A game 2:00 minutes in. After seeing my reaction told me he was just kidding. A North Carolina fan and a smart ***. What more can you ask for in a brother?

Yeah it hurt losing Noah and not getting Lee, but IMO our best team offense was ran late in the season with Noah on the bench and Davis on the court. Maybe a small lineup is what this team needs to click offensively. It will definitely hurt on defense, but I think DD can gaurd a man bigger than himself.

These last couple of comments are so spot on. When you catch a pass vs a zone you have three options 1)shoot 2)penetrate 3) pass. That descision should be made and executed within a second or two of catching the ball. We have so many players who dribble for no other reason than because they can. Drives me crazy.

I'm not exactly up to date with transfer rules but won't he have to sit next year if he comes here, or where ever he goes?

Do you think Vic cared when Dickie V was comparing him to a mini Michael? It's just a reference point to where the player is at as of right now. He will form his own identity, but it is a good refernece point for now.

I'm sorry, but to say, "We're Indiana, we don't play in the CBI" makes Glass sound like an ass. We played like a team that should be in the CBI. We weren't snubbed of anything other than that. That is a horrible excuse. When I told somebody that was a non IU fan the response was "I hope that program goes down to the point where they are killing to get in the CBI just to do something in the postseason." Yeah, maybe not playing is a good choice, but turn down the offer with something better than We're Indiana. That sounds ridiculous. People outside the program don't think it is a reason not to play.

I have some cousins in section 14 row 20 but i dont know where I am at since I'm a last minute tag along with my group.
