Mine is ctown2grhoosier! Absolutely brilliant poster! His post are very insightful and well thought out. His knowledge of IU basketball is beyond anyone else's. Not just IU basketball but all college hoops! Plus I hear he's very handsome and quite the ladies man! -

What are your expectations for the 2015-16 season?
ctown2grhoosier replied to darkwingj's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Top 3 in B1G, top 4 seed in tourney, and at least E8. Honestly the only negative thing about this team is the coach! We've got great ball handlers, shooters, a strong inside game, and depth on a veteran team. If we fall short it's on Crean. This is his year to prove everybody wrong. I hope he does! -

Blackmon Jr. Had Knee Surgery?
ctown2grhoosier replied to ThompsonHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Not saying it's not a big deal but I've had this surgery on both knees and was out of action for a couple of weeks. It's a pretty routine surgery. -

24 scholarships offered and where the crystal ball has them going.
ctown2grhoosier replied to FindEndNow's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Seeing Brunk, Guy, and Leaf committed elsewhere sucks. Was hoping to land those 3. Also hate seeing UK leads in Alkins recruitment. Hope we end up with a class of Maker, Alkins, Davis, Stevens, Gordon and Blackmon. I would be thrilled. -

UM Graduate Transfer Max Bielfeldt To IU
ctown2grhoosier replied to rebelhoosier848891's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Put a cape on him and tell you he's going to be great? Who said that? We're talking about a guy who would play 10-15 mins a game at the most. Backing up Bryant and probably Holt. You act like everyone is saying he's the next Cody Zeller! Even if he doesn't contribute at all who cares! He's only filling a spot for 1 year and DD and HMP aren't coming back. I'd rather roll the dice with this kid than an April or Priller. -
UM Graduate Transfer Max Bielfeldt To IU
ctown2grhoosier replied to rebelhoosier848891's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
You act like Crean found this kid at a local YMCA pickup game. He's a proven player in OUR conference! He's not a superstar by any means but he can play at this level and he's proven it. Those guy you mentioned never proved they were B10 level guys. I was looking at his stats from last year. He had 9-5 against Wis, 12-7 at Ill, and 7-9 at MSU. Plus he's a high character guy, and that can make a big difference on an immature team like ours. Any team in the B10 would love to have a guy like this. I mean we're not asking him to be a star and play 35 mins. I don't see any negatives with bringing this guy aboard. -

We should definitely give him a call.

Hate missing on kids from Indiana but not this one. Glad Crean backed off.
