Just watched the post game presser with CTM and Grace. Grace was upset for sure. But, it made me think. Everyone talks about time off. And how it could hurt the flow of the game. But, why not look at it like the beginning of the season? You bang and bang and bang on each other in practice until that first November game. Why should this point in the year be any different? For me? High School. Mooresville Class of '93. Any, and I mean ANY, of the Graves boys from White River Valley. Especially Indiana State assistant coach Matthew Graves. We had some damn good basketball teams in 91, 92, and 93. Sectional champs all 3 years. Only to be cut down in regionals by WRV and some form of the Graves boys. 2 horribly missed goaltending calls, and a phantom foul on Cooper Neese on a Missouri State 3 were the difference here.
