Indiana @ Purdue Post Game Thread
kylehornsbyrules replied to HoosierReb01's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Save the town by burning the village....no pain no gain......the more frequent and the uglier the losses the better for the long term future of IU. It's simply true, the quicker he is gone the quicker we get the right guy in here. Glass and IU will accept mediocrity, pain is the only thing that will inact change. -

Anonymity sure does make it a lot easier for crazy weirdos like myself to spew psychotic opinions about our basketball team

[quote name="Hwy 1" post="38605" timestamp="1392417390"] On internet forums sure. I have plenty of friends who are fans of Ohio State, Purdue, ND, Michigan, MSU, Ball State and a few other schools and I've yet to hear any of them say any such thing. Being on quite a few forums for different teams and different sports for many many years I've seen that the stuff you read online doesn't always translate well to what the general fan base thinks. We tend to be a more passionate and often more extreme in views than the average fan. For example, I don't know anyone in real life, IU or other fanbase who thinks Crean should be fired or is on the hot seat... it's all over the internet though. [ I know lots being in indy, that souther Indiana bubble will be the last to fall

Remember his tweet he meant to be private he accidentally sent public

You just bolstered the argument you were trying to detract from, do you see how you did that?
-
Partially correct

I don't think either one is, atleast not in the context of Cbb coaches.
-
It's funny because outside of iu fans there are plenty of people who think crean is a slime bag.

I just read your post again, big ten champs next year???? Dude do you even pay attention? With who in the post??

There's a lot I disagree with here but I'll just say true pgs don't have over 100 more shots than the next closest player on the team. Also yogi has just under a 1.5 a/to ratio, not exactly best true pg since Isaiah Thomas material if you ask me

Close but no cigar

Yogi is obviously not our most experienced player

4 of our principle players are a fifth year senior in Gordon, a senior in Shehey, a mcdonalds all american in yogi, and a mcdaa in Noah who will be a top 10 pick. Plus "the movement" as sophs. You say that youth is part of our problem yet you turn around and expect immediate contribution from our incoming frosh? Which is it? I gotta tell you Blackmon won't be too hard for big ten players to guard on the perimeter when perea and jurkin are our low post players
