He subs 2nd and 3rd string players into Big Ten games for no reason. In addition, he continually messes up the flow of the game by subbing non-stop. Most coaches sub because they are resting, punishing, matching up or saving players. In addition, a coach might sub because we are way ahead or behind. However, Tom Cream subs as soon as we start to do good. The Big Ten is not a pay for play league or elementary school not everyone should get playing time. If you're good enough to start you should start and play 90% of the game. This is what everyone is talking about! It's the coach and it's never gonna change he has been do this for years but we didn't notice because we were either losing big or winning big. Now that it's close we lose!
