2 things that I want to point out...   #1...Glass did NOT hire Crean...Greenspan did.  Crean was hired on 4/1/2008...Glass was hired on 10/28/2008...   #2...there will never be a guarantee of future success with any coach or program...the hope is for a level of in-game competence that leads to a high chance of being competitive from tip to buzzer...and I personally believe that the fan base is frustrated with game management and lack of consistency.   I am going to really try to stay away from Tom Crean threads in the future and focus on the team and rooting them on...   carry on.   edit... I actually meant to post this on the Brad Stevens thread, but I guess it works here...laughing at the irony.
