Did you attend IU? yes, class of 1995 (should have been 94, but you know) What is your favorite IU memory? Calbert Cheaney breaking the BigTen scoring record at IU... Steve Alford...tried mimicking him in every way in high school, and then he went an led the team to a championship...had a major man crush on Alford...and I'm secure enough in my manhood to admit that. What is your favorite football memory? loved Antwaan Randle El and those years...I try to catch a couple of games every year, but he was special during his time at IU Who is your favorite IU football player? I'm so very thankful that I've been able to be a part of the pick-em (albeit late), due to the level of entertainment... I'm somewhat shocked that nobody has started a game thread yet... or has everybody given up before this game has even started???

My heart says "yes, yes, for the love of God, Sheehey...come back"...   my head says "it's over, time to move on"...   for the record, my heart and head have had similar battles over women over the course of time as well... I'm not gonna reveal who usually wins...

I don't know if there is another outlet for IU baseball, but this team is going to be really good... I would hope there are plenty of IU peeps that are willing to discuss some IU baseball... if there is no other place, then let's start here...

I'm a huge Dakich fan...to me, he epitomizes what an IU fan should be... but then, he has a couple of other things going for him... former player former coach checked MJ has a popular radio show has ESPN's approval...   the guy has his chit together, and quite frankly...has the pulse of IU...   I just found it humorous that the volleyball coach engaged him...

man...eff the NIT...the last time we were in the NIT, I made the trip up to Bloomington... got a speeding ticket in Orange freaking County, sat a row behind the Governor, spent the entire evening trying to butter up to him in hopes of taking care of my ticket, only  to lose to Vanderbilt on our home floor, pissing off the Governor, and dashing my chance of getting a pardon....   what an awful night.

not sure I'm qualified as a welcoming committee member, but thanks for dropping by coach... speaking of IU coaches...   do any of you follow Dakich on twitter? he and the IU's women's volleyball coach had a little go at it....it was rather hysterical...   she called him out for being an IU grad and that he should be respectful of the program... he called her out saying that she was "unreal" and that he would highlight her season on the air... (IU volleyball didn't fare well this year)

I hear ya...this season has turned into total horsechips...I can't even enjoy the UK home beating... it's just...yeah, whatever... although Syracuse is making things a little interesting...but mostly...meh

Ok, I had to look it up...last game that IU put up 70+ was against Wisconsin on 1/14.... that was 9 games ago, and in the previous game against Penn State (on 1/11), they put up damn near 80!!

nice statistical pull....but man, I can't remember the last time IU has scored 70 points... must have been that cupcake schedule early on that has pulled our average above 70...

I think this program is in dangerous territory... success can be contagious, and we see programs that feed off of a previous teams run... and unfortunately, I believe this to be true on the other end of the spectrum as well...   a slide into mediocrity can affect the future of the program as well...IMHO
