Was kind of hard not to know he was from Bloomington if you were a student at the time. There were posters all over town wondering "HAVE YOU SEEN WADE??" meanwhile in an electrical closet in West Lafayette.....

The fans aren't going to the games?

when you schedule tons of teams who were ranked 200+ in the RPI the previous year, it's hard to get excited for those games knowing the coaching style this team is subjected to. Our program is one that needs a true X's and O's wizard leading it because the state isn't going to respect them if he isn't. The collective basketball IQ in the state is too high to be fooled any longer here in year seven. We did a really bad job maximizing our scheduling ability Fred Glass doesn't seem to get near the criticism he deserves for our pathetic OOC scheduling in basketball. Not to mention the fact he scheduled Mizzou/Navy in football in a year where everyone in the world knew our defense was a joke and their offenses were not good matchups. Sucks we missed out on a bowl game and 6 extra weeks of practice because Glass wanted to get cute instead of scheduling another joke game. Oh and he also sold that home game to PSU so they could have a reunion party in DC. Next year's home basketball schedule MUST be better. Of course the product must be too. -

hopefully no Purdue students get trapped in electrical closets celebrating this monumental victory for their program man I wish I had stuck to my recently conceived plan of not watching this team play so long as Crean is the coach. I tried but couldn't show the restraint needed to stay away from this one. Whoops. And welp.

I don't understand how Miles didn't get assessed a technical for his little tirade that seemed so out of character from him that I guess the refs were just in awe
-
it's always a good look when the head coach gets confrontational with a member of the opposing staff
-
2014/15 Stanford Robinson is worse than any version of Remy Abell or Verdell Jones, the two most frustrating players to wear IU uniforms in my tenure as a fan
-
We have such a crappy head coach

DJ White Rod Wilmont Cody Zeller Jordan Hulls Christian Watford Victor Oladipo Yogi Ferrell became an IU fan about 10 years ago and the guys listed above are all guys I'd take a bullet for DJ White could have transferred from IU and been the man at Bama but stuck it out through some serious crap (injuries, multiple coaches, teammates who were more interested in acting crazy than going to class, etc) and never did anything but represent IU in a positive manner. I used to see him walking to class in Ballantine and he was always smiling. I think we need a DJ White statue or scholarship or something to recognize his selflessness

if Troy really roomed with Luke then that's a horrible pairing if you are going to take risks by bringing in bad kids why not group them together? I guess maybe the potential for bad stuff happening increases there but at the same time at least they aren't negatively impacting the lives of others as much Troy and Stan totally should have roomed together. My heart aches for what Luke Fischer had to put up with if the report they roomed together is correct. My goodness Sampson would love these two. I really thought we were past the days where our basketball team was smoking more weed than my circle of friends

Troy with a smart foul there. Boo Williams really stresses the fundamentals in his AAU system -

Because I don't find this crap acceptable and don't feel like blaming the refs or bashing UL players for playing with an attitude. Lots of closet racists on here judging by the comments about Harrell. I'm almost more embarrassed by the fact people on here can't see this team and coach for what they are than I am we are so quick to label kids thugs for showing too much emotion in a basketball game. Keep your heads in the sand. Maybe year 8 will be the year! -

Fouls 40 feet from the basket are symptomatic of bad coaching -

Thank goodness for a coach who effectively communicates the value of each possession to his team
